Having used Freedomsat for over 12 years to receive Broadband in the depths of the Scottish Highlands I am sorry now that I am closing my contract. They have always been helpful, even attentive and professional and came in the scene when it was impossible to get broadband another way. They basically saved many small businesses in remote areas. When I have needed to change the parameters of the contract, it has happened seamlessly and as I had asked. I am leaving them simply because fibre has arrived up here and although broadband will be provided by a faceless, unfriendly company, it may save this pensioner some pennies.
I wish them well with their new system.

Right from the very first contact Freedomsat were helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and took time and patience to get the right connections and equipment for our needs. They certainly go out of their way for their customers. Thanks to them we now have an excellent connection.

I have been very happy with my satellite but the system has always been a bit slow. Now that I have my adult children at home, I need something faster and cheaper so that we can all benefit. Over the years the technical support has been very helpful

Excellent customer service and communication

Just so good. Was on vodafone before - abysmal - and locked into 2 year contract with dysfunctional wifi and rubbish customer service. With these guys the internet has been perfect, excellent customer service and I am not locked into anything. Just wish I’d heard about them earlier

Transfer from Primesat carried out seamlessly and with good communication

I recently move into a house where I really struggled to find an Internet provider. No one would touch. Until I had a conversation with Bentley Telecom. They went through all the options I had on the phone, and we decided to go with a 4G router. It is far better than any other Internet provider I have had in the past, it was easy to install myself, and now I have a good strong signal throughout my house.

I have my satellite broadband with FreedomSat . A great company to deal from the start to finish, the customer service has been brilliant.

Lewis has made the process seamless, we have been in talks for almost a year. His patience, professionalism and knowledge has been exceptional. In the end we switched our electricity supply to our solar farms thanks to him.

Fantastic customer service, second to none. A real rarity in today’s World. We have been customer for 10 years and found them 100% reliable and honest. Only had a couple of technical issues during that time (latest caused by sat software providers not this Company anyway) and both times they answered the phone quickly and sorted the problem quickly too. This Company is superb- can’t recommend them highly enough. Oh, and I don’t usually write reviews. But this Company so deserves recognition.

Speed can be a bit variable with the weather but otherwise very good

I am a current customer and was considering switching to Starlink. I used the chat option and got a conversation going (with a real person) in about 2 minutes. Constructive and informed opinions - and I will be staying with FreedomSat for these reasons.
