The ABX Weight bench had a design flaw that will scratch your wooden floor every time you lift it to a fully upright tilt for storage. The cover for the wheels have a sharp end so all weight goes into a sharp edge making a few mm deep scratch on the floor every time you lift the bench to a store away position. Idiotic design.

Anytime I talk to a person, they are quick to get back. Throughout the home gym community they have a really solid reputation. I’m only ringing them because my order will be a few weeks late. I don’t know if their system allows for it, but u would prefer to get a notice that something is delayed/potentially delayed from the expected ship time as opposed to having to manually check by going through customer service. Probably just growing pains.

Shipping was incredibly quick, delivered within 3 business days (luck probably plays a part).

I joined the Freak Athlete affiliate program on UpPromote and got approved in early October. Over three weeks I referred 11 orders. All 11 still show “Pending”.

I emailed support twice, once after my first commission and once as a follow-up, to ask when and how commissions get paid. I never got an answer.

The first email they sent me was a template saying my application “has been denied”. No reason, no word about the 11 orders already in their system.

If you’re thinking about promoting them, get the payout terms and timeline in writing before you send a single click.

I’m not saying the products are bad. I’m sharing this so other affiliates know what to expect: if you join, ask about payout terms in writing before you send traffic, and don’t count on support answering.

Fast, friendly, and very helpful. Even though my order was a few years old, Freak Athlete sent out spare parts free of charge without any hassle. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall.
