Franklins Removals LTD Anmeldelser

Franklins are a great company to deal with. Bev in the office was always responsive and helpful despite having to deal with stress head clients like me. Paul and Lee delivered a massive volume of possessions to S W France and in only 6 hours, in the dark, the trucks were empty. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys and they clearly love their jobs. I can thoroughly recommend this great company who deal with UK - European removals every week. That's why they have the process sorted. Thanks to all you were fantastic! Steve

We used Franklins Removals in January 2026 to relocate from Bolton to SW France to begin our new lives there. From picking up all our household goods and furniture at storage units and delivering it to our new home in rural France, all the team worked brilliantly together . Bev in the office talked us through all the required customs documentation and paperwork giving examples of how to complete the French paperwork. Both the pick up team ( Dave and team) and the delivery team(Lee and Paul ) worked tirelessly and were careful with our stuff. All members of the team were responsive to our emails/ calls and kept us informed throughout the process. Franklins were not the cheapest quote we had but they ticked all the boxes for us, and removed a quite a bit of the stress of relocation to another country for us. We're so pleased that we used them! Would highly recommend Franklins for an international house move

Great experience with Franklin’s — I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
All the drivers were excellent and made sure everything was loaded, transported, stored, and delivered safely. I was kept updated with ETAs throughout, and the removal and delivery of my belongings went smoothly at both ends.
Communication with the operations team was first‑rate from start to finish. Bev was a pleasure to deal with — incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the whole process.
Moving house is said to be one of life’s most stressful events, but this company genuinely helped minimise the stress for me. Highly recommended.

Thank you Franklins Removals and crew for making this move so convenient and pain free from Amsterdam to London! Zak thanks once again for such a smooth delivery! All received safe and sound, my highest recommendations.

Amazing and super fast removal from Kieran and Michael, could not have been easier or friendly service. Super careful with all items , proper service with a smile. Would recommend Franklin’s for any move.

Zack and Carl were absolutely fantastic. Both were highly professional, friendly, and incredibly careful with all of our belongings. They took great pride in their work and made the whole loading process smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for better service — highly recommended

Mike and Kieran were excellent and all my stuff arrived in perfect state and on time. highly recommend

The Franklin’s’ team of Zak, Mike and Dave were great throughout our move process. They arrived promptly and worked nonstop. They were cheerful friendly and efficient. Highly recommend them!

Zac and Jamie were excellent on the UK side. Arrived on time and worked fast and effective. Chatty, positive and handled our stuff with care. They had a lot of heavy stuff to take up to the top floor (even a digital piano) and they done so with ease and positivity. No complaints, thanks for the top service! A true credit to the Franklin team.

Great experience with Kieran and Michael. They ensured the process was smooth and professional and we would definitely use again. Cheers guys!

Great team, moved two large units for a big house move across the channel. Kept me well informed of arrival times and were very prompt. The lads were really friendly and loaded everything with care. Thanks so much Lewis, Paddy, Jamie, Dave, Zak & Kieron! ☺️

Received delivery very promptly (1 week) in NL, from UK. Paul and Daz were professional, polite, and careful with all my items. They made sure everything was accounted for.

Mike and Zak were both stars! We had to do a huge move, taking everything out of a storage container in Birmingham and moving it down to London that same day. It was very chaotic and they were both so patient and lovely, making the whole thing 10x easier. All very efficient, careful and professional too. Highly recommend!

Zac and Michael were brilliant. So kind and so patient. We couldn’t have done it without them. Highly professional and lovely guys too.

Great company
So professional and reliable ..
Pleasure to have Lewis, Paddy and Jamie F to move us today .. thanks guys you were superstars !

Outstanding service from the removal guys, Lee and Paul. Arrived when they said they would. Very professional and uber efficient. It could have been a difficult move but they made it easy. Narrow streets etc. We had set aside two days for moving. They had the lorry loaded in 8 hours and were gone.

Great experience, Ben in the office was very helpful and on removal day four guys turned up which I was glad to see as there were big items of furniture to move and two small flights of steps at the front of the Property. We were still left with a container load of stuff in the U.K. to get moved over to France later. Despite calculating the volume of goods which we estimated at just under 60 cube it’s difficult to estimate awkward sized items so it’s just one of those things. They certainly had the lorry packed to perfection. Items were wrapped and padded between them so great care was taken as they loaded the lorry. They work like a team of worker bees very fast and efficient. On delivery to France just two of the original team arrived, Lee and Paul and they worked fast and efficiently and still had time to be friendly and super helpful. Everything arrived in good order and great care was taken in stacking everything properly. We were very impressed with the service provided and have used Franklins twice now so would have no problem in highly recommending them

Zak and Lewis were great, super helpful, professional and friendly!

Experienced a brilliant service from the Franklin’s removal team today. Arrived on time, professional throughout and provided excellent customer service. Special thanks to Carl, Jamie, Paddy & Kieron for making a challenging and complex house move so enjoyable.

This was not the simplest of logistical operations, however Jamie and Zak never lost their sense of humour, and Bev in the office did a stellar job pulling everything together! Will certainly use again for the next stage.
