Plymouth restaurant's ambience and the deco were nice so we give you 2 stars. But, sadly, things went downhill from there. I popped in to the bathroom to, then, see a toilet seat sitting next to the toilet, and the door was so close to the toilet that it was difficult to get in and out. Spaghetti meatballs were tastless, no herbs or seasonings whatsoeve (they made me ill). Our experience with Frankie & Benny's in Newquay was poor, and the Plymouth one didn't do any better. The portions were small, but more importantly, the food made me and my family unwell. We won't be coming back.

Went to the Frankie and bennys in Nantgarw Cardiff and was pleasantly surprised. It was very busy but we were seated and served really quickly and the food was good.
Sophie was really lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Staff friendly and efficient.

Bristol airport on Sunday 5/1/25 was extremely busy with many flights delayed.
The young staff at F&Bs worked hard, curiously in difficult conditions.

So tonight me and my partner ordered as normal and spent £26 between us as we would.
They failed to fulfil the order, they then asked us if we could collect our missing food but that’s the reason we’re ordering take out in the first place…
We rang up and complained and got no where.
They were unable to deliver us our 5 chicken selects so instead they refunded us £0.20p.
Absolute shambles and I’ll never order from there again.
They have several names such as bird box, stacks and Frankie’s.
Thanks for ruining dinner.

Omg horrible food x we went to gunwarf in Portsmouth x we had starter and main from the festive menu x we used to go a while back and the food was quite nice x I had the mushroom bruschetta it was cold mushrooms on a dry half ciabatta roll , I then ordered the Christmas calzone it had turkey stuffing and 2 pigs in blankets that looked raw , it also came with gravy that didn’t go with the tomato sauce x the best bit of the meal was my merlot wine lol 😂

I ordered meatballs, after stating we had no allergies it arrived, however it had melted cheese on it, which I don’t like. Firstly the cheese part wasn’t on the menu. I looked at the menu again, explained to the waitress my issue. They took it away and brought me a new one with no cheese in speedy time. Very impressed situations are rectified easily.

Bristol Airport. Only about a dozen people eating, not busy. We still had to wait 5 minutes to get seated. Had to call a member of staff to take our order. Asked to pay for the whole meal before getting the food. Food very poor, chips reheated and cold, had to send them back. Avoid!

I would like to comment Janaki on the excellent customer service and the lovely staff at Frankie and Benny's in Victoria Square, City Centre. There was big crowds and the lovely staff let us in. We ordered very quick and we got our food very quick too. I would definitely recommend.

But Janaki was very nice and extremely efficient. I would definitely recommend going here. The food was extremely amazing too.

Excellent service with friendly staff.
Visited the Paddington Branch and shared a lovely meal in a nice atmosphere. The staff were attentive and the duty manager Lissa was extremely welcoming, polite and gave exceptional service. Good quality food and great value. Chicken/Beef burger tasty.

Recently visited the restaurant in the Metro Centre Gateshead , food was ace, service was excellent , looked after by a lady called Jade. we were there with our granddaughter on her birthday treat for shopping and food , she went that extra mile to ensure all was good for us , credit to your business

We recently visited Frankie & Benny’s in Broughton, Chester, and sadly, it was far from what we expected. The evening started with cold starters that had to be sent back to be reheated. Unfortunately, it didn’t get much better. One of our main dishes also arrived cold and had to be recooked. The portion size of the ribs was disappointing for the price—definitely not good value for money.

To make matters worse, the presentation of the food was lackluster and unappetizing. One of the managers we dealt with seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns and lacked any customer service skills.

Overall, it was an underwhelming experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this location and will not be returning

Went in under sufferance with a family member who really wanted to go due to the indoor nature compared to the rest of the food court, also the comfy looking seats were an attraction due the her needing to sit down. The lady who seated us was basically polite and accommodating. The waitress who served us was, cold harsh too quick in wanting to know what we wanted to eat and didn't give in particular me time to choose what I wanted from the very confused menu, the burgers which I hoped for were in a section called "in the hand" I couldn't be bothered with the confusion so I ordered h&p pizza. Chips OK standard, pizza nothing better than the cheapest supermarket frozen multipack verity, then to a salad that got ordered somehow in the confusion, I think it was a bit of upselling on behalf of the waitress, a baby gem lettuce cut into quarters, 4 croutons the size of dice and grated parmesan sprinkled sparingly over, I couldn't refuse to pay for this culinary abomination as I wasn't paying, let's say I was angry at the blatant banditry of this so called restaurant. To cap it all from the first taking of my order the cold ruthless waiting machine, ignored me for the rest of the service neither looking at me or listening to anything I said just one perfunctory and speedy pass to ask if everything was OK but not giving satisfactory time to hear the answer. The sooner this chain goes out of business the better it's a zombie company.

I read that Frankie and Benny’s were back in profit. No wonder - nearly £5 for a side Caesar salad consisting of about 5 Little Gem lettuce leaves and some croutons! Food was fine but generally very expensive.

And why is the music so LOUD? Hard to have a conversation.

No more english breakfasts anymore!
Been replaced with rubbish US breakfasts with pancakes maple syrup and beef brisket with chillis! Who wants to eat that for breakfast, Frankie & Bennys was empty when we went in since the menu change and is normally busy for the breakfast period. Whoever made these changes needs getting rid of, its going to lose them alot of custom.

Think F&Bs are taking the P××s a bit! Nearly £18 for half ribs and chips...I ordered for my 8 year old as ribs arnt on the kids menu....when it came it was just like a kids portion...for £18 quid....then they have the cheek to charge you £1 for a dollop of BBQ sauce! It's quite obvious they'll all be closing down shortly and they deserve to

I visited Frankie & Benny`s recently at Hempstead Valley with my daughter and we ordered the two course meal for £12.90. The potato skins were a nice starter. I ordered Bolognese for the main course and when it came I was absolutely appalled by the plate of food, so much so that I will never eat in Frankie & Benny`s again. The pasta had hardly any sauce & I could probably count the pieces of meat on one hand.
The waiter was not apologetic and said he would call the Manager. The Manager did give me a refund of £11.90, but what I really needed was something to eat, as I am diabetic.
I have to also say my daughter`s Carbonara was not much better!
