Strand London 19th September lunch. Ordered 2 chicken burgers without doubt the worst meal I have ever been given .it was disgusting and when the waitress was taking our plates away filled with the disgusting food she never asked was anything not right ..couldn't wait to get out it was horrendous. Do not go 🤢

I went to the Frankie and bennys in Thanet WWX. I waited just under an hour for a double order ( I work as a driver) The lack of customer service at this particular venue is beyond shocking! The staff walk past completely oblivious of drivers, it’s almost like you have to jump and wave at them to get their attention! I asked the manager how long my order would take, to which he replied to cancel the order! ( bearing in mind, customers have already paid for their order online, prior to drivers arriving at the venue) This is not the only time I have waited this long, other people have complained about the lack of customer service in this place. There were 2 other drivers that cancelled their order whilst I was there, because of excessive waiting time.

Ordered bbq chicken and ribs “sorry we’ve no ribs today”
Went with bbq chicken .
Very tiny piece of chicken buried in bbq sauce to hide the cremated bacon .
Chips had been fried twice , rock solid ,!!
Onion rings soggy and cold .
Only half decent thing on the plate was slaw.
Please give this place a wide berth .
At £17.45 I’d have been better off 100 yards along the road at McDonald’s

Was good experience the host SUE was excellent very friendly very professional abd very polite made us feel very welcomed.food was good. Found drinks expensive over priced. SUE was excellent host she is awesome at dudley castle gate branch she is top person

Today at Hanley Festival Site Staffordshire, My wife, disabled adult son and myself called in at your restaurant after a long days shopping for new outfits for our latest upcoming cruise. Hungry, we placed our order at 17:50 at 18:50 I could see our order on the counter (yes that an hour!) but staff kept looking at it, moving it out of the way and taking orders that were now being placed on the counter behind it, the cook eventually moved it out of the way completely to make room for orders she was completing, staff came and looked at it again and again and at 19:25 it was brought over to our table, stone cold and dried out. I asked to speak to the manager. I told the manager that we had been waiting for our food, for about 1hour 40 minutes and we new the food had sat on the counter for nearly 40 minutes and that I had seen him look at it and go away, come back later, look at it and go away several times, as had several members of staff! His reply; there was no ticket on it. So I presume by that, that there was nothing identifying whose food it was, so him “the manager” and all his staff just ignored it and left it to go gold and dried out. What is worse here, the fact that it happened, or the fact the manager thought saying “there was no ticket on it” was a satisfactory answer. I did not know how to proceed here, the food was inedible and we were hungry, but my son is autistic and is sensitive to confrontational situations, but I had to say we can’t eat this, please take it away, the manager asked if we would like to have it re-made, but at this point my son was rocking with anxiety and I needed to get him out and somewhere calm. I said I think we will leave it as I needed to get my son out, but we have not eaten any of the food, so expect that to be reflected in the bill, the manager said under the circumstances we would not be charged for the food. I had to get my son out and left my wife to pay for the drinks we had had while waiting for the food. When she joined me in the car she informed me we had not been charged. Although financially we were not out of pocket, it was nearly 2 hours of our life wasted, and caused terrible upset for us all and made my son unwell and myself very angry! I have eaten all over the world, from the best. to back street tin roofed single roomed establishment selling bush food, but never have I met a more dopey unsuitable for the job manager than the person who presented himself as the manager at your restaurant today, believe me no real American diner in the US would survive this way.

First time I've ever been & the last. Service was ridiculously slow and my pizza had a long hair in the cheese. Baked in so only found out once biting into into it and having to pull it out my teeth!

It was my daughter in laws birthday, so my son took a few of us out for a meal, I ordered the steak at £21 ask for it medium/well. It arrived and looked like it had been thrown on the cold plate, the chips looked like the bottom of the bag scrapping, I tried to cut the steak, omg it was so hard and overcooked, I told the server, who said she'd get the manager, this woman arrived who looked less than impressed that someone dared to complain. She said ill change it. Within 2 minutes the plate was back, her words were " there you go fresh everything " the food was obviously microwaved and was not fresh it was the same steak, I know this as I had cut a piece of the end to taste. Also there was an onion ring, 1 of only 2, that I had cut and was still on the plate
I suppose , if you want steak you go to miller and carter restraunt not a pasta/pizza outlet for quick overcooked food. I am seething that the "manager" said it was fresh. The server was obviously embarrassed at the state of the food. But hempstead Valley frankie and bennys is totally erazed from my must visit list. Unfortunately this review carries 1 star, it doesn't deserve even that

What a waste of £34. Food cold had to send back service terrible place 2/3 empty. Menu a joke choice so poor. NEVER be back in Fort Kinnaird again.

Yesterday, I visited your restaurant in O2 Greenwich with my 5-year-old daughter, bringing along the promotional leaflet attached to this message. The manager informed me that I needed two adults to claim the deal, despite the online sign-up also suggesting this 'treat yourself' deal. Neither the leaflet nor the online promotion indicated that two adults were required.
To avoid any argument and ensure a pleasant experience, I paid for two meals in full, including a 10% tip. After contacting the X team, I was told the deal was only available at the Greenwich restaurant located in Charlton. However, this distinction was not mentioned on the leaflet. According to Google Maps and my local knowledge, the O2 is in Greenwich, and the so-called Greenwich restaurant is actually in Charlton.
Most people will use the leaflet directly without spending a long time checking the fine print online. The leaflet should be clearer to avoid such confusion and inconsistencies.
The issue is not the money but the experience. I am dissatisfied with your service due to the conflicting explanations and the confusing leaflet. I believe other customers may face similar confusion. An honest business approach will go a long way in building trust and customer loyalty. I hope you can make your promotions clearer in the future.

My wife and I went to Frankie and Bennys in Broughton last night.

I had a Manhattan Calzone. They managed to nearly burn the edges while leaving the rest undercooked quite a feat. Approximately 50mm from each edge did not have any filling just pizza dough, undercooked pizza dough.

I would like to say the filling was good but good was definitely not the word for it. It was awful salty and disgusting. I realised it was the bacon it was the worst bacon I have ever tasted. It was supposed to contain meatballs. I would not describe what it contained as meatballs.

My wife ordered a margarita pizza she said it was the worst pizza she has ever had. What a waste of money. If you want a pizza don't go to Frankie and Bennys go to Dominoes instead.

The lady serving was great, however the food was mediocre , my son's partner found a inch long bone in her chicken sandwich,the server was very apologetic, wasn't her fault, the manager knocked the price of the meal off the bill.

Hit and miss. Visited Glasgow Fort at the weekend and was very disappointed. Great staff were let down by the appalling food. £100 would have been better spent elsewhere. Steak was practically inedible. Why they ask how you want it cooked is a mystery. I asked for medium and mine was cremated. Have had good experience previously so it’s a shame. Would think twice before returning.

Terrible food all round. Even the kids food was bad. To spend £100 on awful food is shocking and should not be allowed.

Just had a big one breakfast, absolutely outstanding, came red hot and best products use, had to wait a it but we'll worth the wait. Fantastic, will be ordering again, no doubt about it

Took my daughter here for her birthday after seeing a show in London. Was really disappointed that despite being asked if it was a special occasion on the booking, her birthday was completely ignored by the staff. Food took over an hour to get to us and had to sit waiting for 30 minutes before anyone took our order. Really poor service!

Complete waste of money and time. I can not believe this place is still going. Last time I went there was early 2000, the place was full because THE PRICES WERE REASONABLE. Now It's an empty joke. Over £100 for 2 adults and a teenager to eat, with overpriced drinks too. The £18 burger was a tiny dry pointless dot. The specials were pointless with no sauce on the pasta or salad. We were asked a few times are you gonna come back. Being English, we lied. Sad to see you go frank and benny... 👋

Food was great as usual and we had a birthday voucher to use. The lad serving was called sean and it was a bit of a shame as he was running around on his own serving but he dine a great job. There were a couple of ladies stood around barely helping him. So well done sean!! Hope you got to keep the tip we left you :-)

Went to their White Rose outlet, ordered medium rare steak and tomatoe didn't have any mushrooms so gave me tomatoe halves. Steak was rare and cold, plus steak was tough, wife's food not much better. Won't be going there again, awful, stay away.

Asked for set menu and was given dirty look by staff. Ok i dont want to pay for your overpriced nomal menu sorry. Was given bottke of dr pepper 500ml for £3 utter jokers
