An incredible breath of fresh air regarding phone service. Was in and out of the Eyre Square Fonez store in less than 3 minutes, thanks to Nathan's incredible work. Highly highly recommend.

During my holiday in Ireland, I bought a UK plug here, but unfortunately, it didn’t work at my accommodation. I went back to the shop and asked if I could exchange the plug for a power bank and pay the difference.

The retailer was incredibly understanding and agreed right away. To top it off, they even gave me a discount on the price difference! This is exactly what excellent customer service should look like.

If you are ever in Galway and have any issues with your smartphone or accessories, please visit FONEZ! Highly recommended!

The battery was not as expected, it said in the description 100% battery health! Other then that it’s great but battery is more like 80%
