The shipping company was annoying.
First day they said I was not at home, they didn't make a phone call. I was in the apartment the whole day.

I chat with dpd they were tough, they were no polite. I requested them to call me when they arrive next day.

Second day they arrive and called me, I received the order.

The box was a bit damaged. But product is fine.

Mint+ in the other hand good service, good prices, fast shipping. I would give 5 starts but dpd was very annoying.

I ordered a phone and accessories bundle. The bundle arrived promptly but 2 weeks later, the phone has yet to arrive. When I try to contact the company I get a generic email response. There's no way to contact the company except through this non-attended email address.

Good phone good price quick delivery

I purchased an as new iPhone 15. It was described as having a 95%+ battery health and also was to come with an Apple certified plug and charger, and a sim pin and information booklet.
When we received the package it only had the device in the box, no accessories were included and the phone had only 90% battery health. I have sent several emails to which I am still awaiting a reply

Samsung 23 Ultra green(as new) Firstly I have to say the phone arrived well packaged exactly as decribed just like new not a mark on it , sadly my accessories were not in the box sim pick and charge cable as informed on the website after contacting customer services ,who respondied very quickly advised you have to send the phone back to recieve the missing items . I chose not to. And will purchase a cable myself. I still recommend you use Mint+ if u want to upgrade your phone ,

Very happy with purchase as phone arrived in extremely good condition and working order. Packaging made it feel like a new one. Ordering was straightforward and simple. Delivery was the standard time but tracked so I knew what was happening. Very good experience overall. Option to return phone given and clearly set out with return form. One year warranty. Would reccommend.
