Fantastic support and knowledge from Mark in Technical Support helping an electrical newbie and van owner understand how to monitor battery usage via my Vitron set up.

Their service and quality is second to none. in all the time I have been dealing with them I have only had one faulty product which they have tested, reviewed and replaced within a week. I cannot fault them. Even tho the returns system is automated it appears that there is human oversight to avoid the circular conversations you can get into with automation.

Had a problem with my fogstar battery not charging with fogstar charger , the customer service team answered and resolved the issue very quickly. Very quick and helpful after care.

I purchased through Graham Mellor a Fogstar Drift 300Ah lithium battery in 2023 which Graham personally installed together with associated equipment.it worked perfectly well until August 2026, albeit I regret not having bought a larger battery for my beach chalet, which used at intervals in the winter when I had to be more power-use conscious than in the summer.

On advising Fogstar that one of the 4 cells in the battery appeared to be defective and thereby resulting in the whole solar power system breaking down, they were immediately helpful in terms of determining from screen shots that my analysis was justified, it was covered by their 10-year warranty and hence they arranged for the battery to be collected for inspection and repair as necessary.

Fogstar advised me throughout of progress and subsequently returned my battery which was checked on site by a solar engineer (Ollie Longley) who has in contact with me since.

Initially the cells appeared not to be working in conjunction with each other but I followed Ollie’s advice to “let the system settle down”. After nearly a fortnight the cells appear to have done so, although the “protect history” indicates that there have been over 20 “Cell overvoltages” since the repair.

I emailed Mark Cheeseman, Technical Department at Fogstar, on 28 August to update him and query the apparent problem I have and to date am still awaiting a reply. All I have received is advice that my ticket (works order) has now been closed.

I had an issue with a lost PIN code for my battery. Mark Cheesman at Fogstar support was so helpful in diagnosing the issue and sorting the problem out. Fantastic product and great support, doesn't get any better, thank you Mark

After having a battery installed in my camper, I couldn't download the manual. Adam answered my email very quickly with the necessary links. All very efficient and helpful. As for the battery, seven nights off grid and still plenty of energy in it. Thanks Fogstar.

Great customer service. Needed support twice, even before the battery I bought was installed and was helped quickly and effectively in both occasions.
One of them was related to the cables to connect the battery to the inverter, which required replacement. Shipping was done surprisingly quickly. Thanks Adam!

Fantastic service from Fogstar again. One of my battery brackets went missing in the post, Fogstar tracked it down and it arrived that afternoon. Big shout to Chavarna Clarke from Fogstar who dealt with my issue and made it work out.

Excellent products supported by outstanding support

Just collected my battery from Fogstar. I was running late, so it was super helpful that Chavarna and the warehouse team were able to arrange in advance for me to turn up a little bit after closing time, despite being busy with lorries arriving. Looking forward to installing it now!

Having used a Fogstar battery for a couple of years I knew the product was good but today I had to test the technical dept.
I had a problem with the battery to app communication, I was being asked for a password and as I didn't have one couldn't access the info on the app.
I was directed to Mark who patiently and calmly came up with a solution to my problem. Absolutely great service from an equally brilliant team.
