I’ve been able to find more and better paying surveys leading to focus groups by using this website. There’s a decent amount of advertising on the pages leading up to the surveys, but if you don’t mind ignoring them, this is a great place to find decent paying focus groups.

Lots of study available for applications but I have only qualified ones but I am yet to receive my payment from the study anything in two weeks time I should receive my gift card rewards

I've never had a problem with FG... all of my experiences have been great, thankfully! The studies I've participated in are interesting and I've always received the incentive promised... the payout timeline has changed, I've noticed; it is longer now than in the past... but, I seem to receive my incentive right when I need it... so, yeah... no complaints from me... I highly recommend the experience!

I have had great experiences with focus groups because they are always trying to find groups for me to participate in. They are great at answering questions and getting back to you in a timely manner.

I've been dealing with them for 8 yrs,my girlfriend referred me, ive always been payed, they're very professional, ive done online and in person studies, they pay well, I know my value, so I will never do a study or research with any company or group if I don't feel like, im being paid properly

focusgroup.org is a very easy, convienent way to make some supplemental money while helping the medical community as well as finding cures to diseases/illnesses and diagnosis. I have done nearly a half a dozen treatments studies with absolutely no side effects! ALSO. There’s not just medical studies but mock jury trials, opinions about commercials for colleges, and even technical research studies! I’ve made almost $1.000 in 8 months with very little to no evidence work. The staff are very professional and it takes no more than 2 hours to complete an appointment and make up to $300. HIGHLY RECOMMRNDED!

Great resource for focus groups. I have gotten a few and had no issues with payment. You have to apply to many studies to get selected because it is a nationwide resource. My advice is to apply to as many as you can and avoid app downloads and tasks, focus groups pay more.

While I haven't been chosen yet fir any studys, there are lots to choose from and I am hopeful I will in the future. There seems to be pleanty of opportunities on this site and I do believe them to be legit. I will update my review if and when I do get selected as far as payment and the amount of time it takes to process.

I don't get selected for the vast majority of surveys. That's not my main issue, but it's suboptimal. They payouts promised are pretty good, when selected for survey, but the average payout takes 2 months at a minimum and often longer. This is despite emails to customer service which have the standard excuses like it can take up to 6 weeks for a survey to be credited to your account and an additional 6 weeks after redeeming points before receiving the credit. I am so frustrated with this process that despite doing surveys which can pay $75 to $175, I have decided not to participate any longer.

I participated in a few studies with this company. They take a very long time to pay out the incentive, as much as two months. Other market research companies will do it within 48 hours and sometimes the same day.

Also, they under estimate how long it will take to complete tasks, and something that was supposed to take a couple of hours, ended up being at least six.

I’ve been doing surveys for them for years. Never had trouble redeeming my rewards. I recently did a study and was expecting my payout on July 15th. I planned on using that money to pay my utility bills. To my surprise, after trying to redeem my rewards the website says it will take 4-6 WEEKS to process my reward. This is unacceptable. It takes so long to even receive your money, it’s a waste of time now.

Focus Group does not pay out your rewards. Been waiting a month now and no Amazon gift card. Please do not waste your time taking surveys.

I had a misunderstanding with how things worked with one of the companies on their site. Beliving I had been wronged by let's just say company X, I reached out to FocusGroups to express my concern. I recived a reply the next day that cleared up my misunderstanding. Everything was explained to me in kind way and was helpful to me. I felt reassured and relieved that it was all just me not understanding how the company did things. I will definitely keep using FocusGroups.org because it's a good site with helpful customer service. It also has great paid market research opportunities.
