These routines have helped my body feel so much better! All your workouts that I've tried so far are excellent, I can definitely feel the difference!

I've just joined the program as I've been suffering from upper thoracic and shoulder discomfort after excessive sitting. Your exercises are very helpful but they feel very rushed. You could break each exercise in part with instructions of how many reps are needed as it's nearly impossible to copy you all the time while we are doing the exercises. Keep up the good work. An app would have been easy to access and use if you are planning to get one in future.

I had a neck hump for years from sitting at a desk all day. I found about this program, doing it about a week and it's already smaller. Still working on my posture but pretty happy so far.

This company is somehow getting subscriptions and autorenewable plans. I did not even subscribe and ended up losing around 300 pounds to them. This company must be reported and banned for tricking so many people.

This company continues to charge you after cancelling and refuses to respond to such cancellations. Crooked company .

I got an add saying I can change my posture for 15 euro per month. Never received an email about login in, 6 months later I see they charged 30 euros per month, so over 150 euros. I wrote them that I could not use their service and want my money back or a way to use the membership for the amount I paid for but ofcourse that is not possible. Would absolutely NOT RECCOMEND to use their services.

They took money from me without permission. I wanted a just a week to try and I pay with my revolut card and after that they charged me twice with 30 euro. I never selected this monthly membership and I will contact the police for online scamming.

It was impossible to cancel my subscription within the app, and I eventually had to block the payments through my bank. Very disappointing experience.”

I signed up for a trial period that was due to end after a month ($15.99 for the first month). I tried out the exercise videos. After the month was up, I wasn't able to access the video content, which I took to be a sign that my trial had ended. I never received a notification that I would continue to be charged at a higher rate ($29.99/month) or any receipts or email communication besides the first sign-up confirmation. I obviously should have been paying more attention to my bank account but it's fair to expect receipts and communication for the basic changes like increase in monthly rate. I never tried to access the content after that either since I wasn't able to after the first month ended. I searched my email and received no contact from Flowmo after the first confirmation. Clearly, the company benefits from having a series of recordings that sit online and then using dark patterns to confuse people about the initial terms of the trial and then help people forget their subscription going forward. Sketchy and scammy. Do not recommend.
