It's hard to keep it going and then you have to go back to the beginning again. So I stopped using it, and eventually forgot about it. Then I get an email saying "This confirms your purchase of $159." They never sent me a reminder. I had to pay for a whole other year without any intention of using it. And they don't seem to have an app, so it's not on my phone. I know when to cancel all my other subscriptions because they're all there together on my phone. But since Flowmo is just a website, it's easy to just forget it. Also, it's hard to find the membership area. They make it difficult to cancel. They did offer me half the money back and allow me to use it for the next year (which I will not even be doing!) but it's not ethical to renew without notice, and I believe in most states it's actually illegal now.

Day 1 and loving this already! Just wish you went a little bit slower it was a bit hard to keep up with my back issues

What is the specific muscle in the back that is stretched in the last move? It's so good! Really targets my problem area in a gentle way, such a good feeling.

excersize was great speed was a little fast but still do able. looking forward to getting a stronger back

The program isn't actually individualized at all. I am a yoga and Pilates instructor with scoliosis and mild kyphosis so I was hoping my program would focus on t-spine and shoulders and mobility. Instead I got a bunch of classes for hip mobility (I can do the splits, both front and middle, ma'am) and beginner Pilates core work. I also had a lot of trouble accessing my account the first 2-3 days after my payment went through each month. Would only recommend to people who don't work out who are looking for a general program that would help them to find some improvement in posture

I like the variety of exercises focused on the back and also the pleasant, understandable voice of the instructor

I am just starting this program, but I really love it. I am 65 years old and have fought bad posture most of my life. I have tried many programs, but this one is by far the best I have tried. The instructions are clear, and there is constant reminders/corrections which help me a lot. It is not too time consuming. I can actually tell that my posture is better on the days I do the program. I am excited to hopefully see some changes, even at my age.

Très bons exercices qui après une semaine font déjà du bien. La partie son et l’ergonomie du site ne sont pas parfaites mais l’essentiel est là, les exercices sont efficaces, faciles à mettre en œuvre et la pratiqué suffisamment agréable (et efficace) pour avoir envie de s’en servir tous les jours. J’en suis à deux semaines d’utilisation

This is a great way to start my day. I'm finally building a routine for back flexibility, mobility and strength. I like the hoops in each direction for the thoracic spine, and the warrior 1 repeating on each side.

I love these classes. I’ve had extreme headaches and feel like the use of the classes has significant reduced the frequency.

Amazing. And the new exercise, delicious! The one of lifting the neck too uncomfortably for me, but I'm taking it easy ;) thanks!

to expensive. I do the exercises 4x a week, so $2.4 per day.... that's bad enough. then
- you have some with a different voice in there, terrible, can't do
- you have a different person doing it, tried it, but way too fast and hard for me
- so essentially I m stuck on a few exercises to repeat over and over

Excelente exercise, clear instruction and love the simple reminders about what not to do.

A scam, signed up for a 4 week plan… which I thought was only 4 weeks. Turns out they charge you for a 4 week plan every month for $30. Was linked to an old card so I didn’t notice until they had charged me over $255.. I never even used it. They know what they are doing… not right.
