Trust me when I say this - over the past 5 years, I've tried literally EVERY project management tool out there, from full blown enterprise like MS Project, Jira, Wrike, Bitrix24 - to small team focused like Asana, Basecamp Trello - to popular all in one hybrids like Clickup, Notion, Ora, Plutio & MS Teams.

But I could never find the "right" one & had to always compromise or force it to work with my existing apps (contacts/calendar/email) by hacking up some unnecessarily complicated API automations.

Either they were too confusing, overwhelming, & painfully slow (especially the mobile versions).
or the exact opposite - user friendly, but lacked basic features & integrations.

All in all, from email templates, project workflow automations to flexible task management (Liat/Gantt/kanban) this is one tool you don't wanna miss!

Flowlu has almost all the things I'm looking for to manage my work all in one place: CRM, task management, project with finance tracker, synced email and calendar, and time-tracking.

If they add a native booking calendar as well as a built-in proposal builder with e-signature, it will be the perfect all-in-one tool for me.

I'm mainly using Flowlu for task management and workflows and I really like it. I like how you're able to break down tasks into checklists and sub-tasks, with the ability to comment and attach files. And then to include Revenue and Expenses in projects as well as enable project chat.

I also like the fact that you're able to track email in Flowlu.

It also has an automation functionality which I think is quite powerful although I haven't really utilized it yet as there's some learning curve here.

I'm really happy to have known this software. There are lots of features and potentials in it.

Finally, there's one tool that has it all rolled into one!
The customization capabilities of the tool for any business are absolutely amazing! Automation and workflows allow you to accurately set up ways to complete tasks and projects and all this in cooperation with CRM, which is great.
API and webkooks allow integration with any tools on the planet :) I'm using Syncspider and I'm starting connection tests with my other applications. Great integration with corporate email and Gmail.
Additional features such as invoicing, record lists, mind map or knowledge base, and great reports create a complete tool for managing a company.

After finding Flowlu, we are ready and done. No more searching.
We tried several project management tools like Asana and Wrike, but none of them were as easy to use and grasp. We are using it for two months now. Flowlu's user interface is really awesome.

Depending on the user, you can customize the scope of the tool to focus on the user's exact needs. A smart way to avoid getting a bloated tool.
Flowlu offers a large range of automation options to make repetitive tasks easier and work efficiently. Everything works so seamlessly and is well thought out.
Same potentials to the outside with integration of well-known apps such as Gmail, Zendesk,...or connectors like Pably, Syncspider, etc. Open API and webhooks leave hardly anything to be desired.
You can integrate your own SMTP, implement your own custom domain, and other white label options.
With the upcoming customer portal, additional languages (French, German) and other highly attractive features on the roadmap, Flowlu will be an even greater fit for us.
Finally, I would like to highlight the support, which is very responsive and committed. You can never overestimate the value of good customer service.

we were looking for an all in one tool and in the process bought a few but flowlu stood out due to its ease of use. We finally started using it and really like it . We hope that they would continue to add new features and make it the best all in one tool.

Recently got the opportunity to try this software as I was looking for a simple, but comprehensive tool to manage my business. I mainly use Flowlu for the invoicing, product management, project management and client management. The features are good and the pricing fits my budget perfectly. Can't recommend this tool enough!

While Flowlu is meant to be a business management software, I use this mainly to manage my own personal projects. So far the experience is good.

Flowlu has the tools to manage projects, tasks, calendar, some limited tools for finances (invoicing), etc. I also like the “knowledge base” feature, which allows me to create a depository of articles/information.

As it is, Flowlu is pretty good, and definitely has more than enough features for my current use.

Flowlu is an awesome platform for CRM, invoicing, and more. If you're in the market for an all in one platform look no further. They've got a very promising roadmap with tons of new features too. Id give 6 stars if I could!

I've been looking for an all-in-one that has all the tools, features and integrations I need and I'm happy to say that I've found that in Flowlu.

It includes a Knowledge Base, a task and project manager, email integration (with gmail), invoicing and more, which cuts my subscriptions back and gives me something that my team can work with all in one place!

I tried just one quite clunky CRM system before but Flowlu is way better. Do you need to send invoice with clickable pay button connected to your Stripe? With Flowlu you can. Do you need to keep your business team organize, integrate your email and customers base? Flowlu helps too! From creating mindmaps to keep absolute control on any project, eg. timing, expenses etc... Great onboarding and friendly customer service. Flowlu is a great business tool I can only recommend!

Was happy to find FlowLu, as i was searching for a tool like this and therefore I did check out also quite a few others, but, Flowlu is the best mix and solution which I liked most, also in terms of speed, compared to others this is quite a big difference. Of course there are a few things missing which I would like to have included, but, there are many features on the roadmap, so, nothing to complain and just happy for now

Great CRM tool with additional business features.

I mainly purchased Flowlu for the CRM functionality, but I was impressed with the other tools it also provides.

What's saved me the most time is the ability to automatically generate opportunities via the solid integration with Integrately.

I also really appreciate the email syncronization features that allow me to respond to emails directly in Flowlu and these conversations are attached to the opportunity. This means everything is in the one place and has made my workflow more efficient.

I would like to see some additional flexibility around the automatic opportunity creation such as the ability to create opportunities based on the subject line of incoming emails, and the ability to create a new opportunity based on winning a previous opportunity (we sometimes need to create multiple opportunities for each lead as they use different suppliers).

Flowlu is such a gem! So many PM tools out there to choose from but Flowlu takes it to the next level.

I have checked out Adam.ai, Gitscrum, and found this.

This is the most conclusive Project Management that you can find out there. What's really interesting is that it has Finance section to create an invoice, and estimate too (I used to work with WaveApp, now I can just create it all here). It also comes with a mobile app too, which makes it super easy to manage it on the go for our team.

There are many integration for other apps and Flowlu won't take you away from your work-flow (like Zapier, Pabbly, many more), it works with them which makes it amazing.

I don't like to complicate my workflows with many CRMs and Project Management tools, and other web-app. Flowlu really takes all the headaches away because it has everything I need at this moment and more.

My small team is already so excited to use this!

We have been looking to centralize our key workflows in CRM, finance, and project management and finally found Flowlu.

After trying multiple free tools, I finally found a platform that can house these key steps in our business. It took a while for me to find all of these in one platform.

I enjoy the automation steps too to make sure that we don't miss out on anything when moving a prospect to a buyer up to our project management team.

Hoping for improved onboarding videos also but I the Flowlu FB Group community is a big help for me

Great, quick, clean CRM software, LOTs of functionality that I will never use yet I hope someone's will. Quick team/support very clear answers. Hope for more CRM functions BUT that have them on the roadmap. I like a lot windows that moves L and R (close) when you just press (esc) Over all VERY fast software not big bulky soft constantly changing Urs. Thank you Flowlu Team!

What an easy setup compared to a bunch of other CRM & PM tools I have tried and Flowlu has many more features. Finally, a full business solution that is super snappy too!

Love the business brain therapy sessions I get with the Tasks & MindMap modules and what a breeze to get those pesky business SOPs added in the Knowledge Base. Yes, I'm having fun with Flowlu!

A full business solution where the modules work together and you can easily setup automations for workflows like client intakes & sales funnels. Flowlu is limitless, it allows you to customize almost everything and automate further with other tools since it integrates with apps like Integrately or Zapier. Did I mention team collaboration? I don't have to leave Flowlu to team, private or group chat with members of my team.

Flowlu is exactly what my business and I needed to stay organized, visually see where we are at, and where we are going. I have used a few CRM and Project Management like Clickup and Wrike but some of them are too complicated. Others have a steep learning curve. Flowlu has a really user-friendly interface and is super easy to use. It's also surprisingly inexpensive given it has deep automation. The automation in Flowlu is what truly sold me - they're going to make my work so much more efficient. The ability to send and read emails in Flowlu (with tracking) is another excellent feature. And with the client portal on the way, Flowlu has the chance to become one of the best CRM & PM services out there.
