After trying out many different project management tools and after a few hours checking Flowlu, it seems like it is the best candidate so far. Flowlu is really simple to get started and use. You can manage your entire team and business in one single place. You can effectively track tasks and projects, follow up leads, manage clients and handle emails with it.

The majority of invoicing tools do not offer a bank integration to auto-migrate the expenses, that option alone puts Flowlu way ahead of similar tools. Flowlu seems to be able to help me here as well since I wanted to replace Freshbooks. 

So far I'm impressed given the number of features under one roof.

Flowlu has a solid set of features that are ready for everyday use in a small to medium-sized business. It combines real-world functionality with a decent UI. It is stable and everything works smoothly. Additionally, the platform is well documented and I was able to integrate everything I needed without any issues.

Flowlu's the best PM app I've used so far. It's organized, easy-to-use, and pretty when compared to other PM tools out there.

If my team wasn't so used to Slack, Flowlu would be the main tool we'd all be spending our time in.

Years ago I came across Flowlu (august 2017) but at that time I had other plans. But now I think why? This product ticks alot of boxes. I can share my emailaccount with staff. Creating tasks is easy. Checking contacts and all mails are their.

What I like most is the possibility to connect mails (and so many other things) to not only contacts but with advanced relation to projects/tasks.

Its so great it overwhelms you with all the possibilities. So it takes time for me to have it completely optimised but I am impressed.

Flowlu covers the essential business functions as modules and covers a whole lot more crucial business functions as features.

Seriously, its features are countless. Almost everything that's needed to do business online is available out of the box. Projects, sprints, tasks, a fully-fledged CRM, client management for the occasional contract projects that we take... everything even mindmaps for business planning is also included.

The thing is with all these features, the UI has become quite confusing. Given the complexity or the flexibility of the platform, it's understandable that the user experience cannot be pleasant for everyone. But still, UI/UX could be improved further.

From my experience, only the UI was something I didn't like. Rest everything is cool and works like a charm. Support is responsive and friendly too. So, overall I have had a great experience with the app and will recommend solving most Small Business or Mid-sized business problem/project management needs.

I do online events and conventions and I'm always struggling to coordinate the flow of information, so I've look for a collaboration tool that I can use.
I found Flowlu and i was surprised, not only is a collaboration tool, but basically a way to manage your whole business.

So I am really enjoying using the software as a basic team collaboration project management platform as I am new to this type of format. There is a slight learning curve for me because I haven't used software like this before. I am able to get what I need to done and there are plenty of help articles. One thing that I really love to save time is creating the project workflow templates so that I don't have to continuously start from scratch. Time is really important to me. I can't wait to be able to incorporate all that it has to offer.

I like that in the long run I can manage a lot more in Flowlu and get rid of some of the platforms that I am paying for monthly that in of itself is a win for me. I also love that you get the continuing updates and updates are constantly being pushed along with a promising roadmap. Go ahead and grab a couple of codes so that you won't feel like you missed out. I can't wait to continue to implement this daily for better productivity.

I was looking for an easy-to-understand BM tool and came across this. I can't hide the fact that I'm always on the hunt for good value for my money. I took a look at their public roadmap which made me secure in purchasing this software.

Now I've just scratched the surface of what's possible with this tool and like it so far. I have also come in contact with their support team who replied to me within a day with a nice tonality although my question was stupid (which I realized right after I sent the question). Just for this, I'm willing to give five tacos because the future lies in customer service:)

After trying several CRM's and project managers in the past, I really know what I was looking for and when I discovered Flowlu, oh my! It's just what i needed. It has everything you need for your business: A solid CRM, task management, project management, invoices, knowledge base and so much more. All within just one platform with a really good UI. And on top of all that, you can have CNAME, SMTP to make flowlu truly yours!

Flowlu is an excellent tool for SMB's who wants control of their business, they have been evolving rapidly this past few months and I just can't wait what this awesome team will bring up next! This is a great deal, highly recommended!

Flowlu truly is a one-stop-shop. My team is still working on maximizing all of the features, but what I particularly love is how you can create multiple knowledge bases, allowing spaces for SOP documentation, sales, and product training, and even supplementary course content if you’re in that space.

At first review, the project management system looks solid. I like how you can opt-in for project-based chat within the team. The built-in automation features look like they will save significant admin time, but I have not fully explored that area yet.

Although their CRM is not designed for high-volume sales teams (very few are) they have built out an impressive setup that can compete with most small business CRMs out there. Note: If the team ever added in-system texting and calling I wouldn’t even need a separate system for my sales team :)

I also love the team's attention to detail, adding little things in like allowing members to update their birthdays on their profiles and have them listed where I can be sure not to forget them.

So far I’m very impressed with Flowlu and my Executive Assistant is having a field day building out the system. It will be great to finally have nearly all of my business tracked in one place.

Flowlu is one of those products that delights with every click on a new feature. Flowlu is well designed with business needs and the end user in mind. Flowlu helped my business to manage projects, track leads, and prioritize tasks in order to centralize all of my processes. It has very intuitive UI that help to have overview about all tasks, sales funnel and more. I like many useful addons like time tracker, knowledge base etc. But what really stands out is the simplicity and aesthetic design. The custom email domain and cname is very useful for communication and increase the brand credibility. This will help increase employee engagement and productivity when working remotely with other teammates. Only waiting for client portal to invite my clients to projects.

I'm really glad i made this purchase. I didn't use any CRM before, it was more like mix of various tools doing the same thing - more or less.

As our structure and tasks grow, sooner or later it would likely have collapsed.
Fortunately, I discovered Flowlu and I have to say that I am very happy with the interface and the functions. Of course there is a need for a little optimization here and there, but the team is trying very hard and I'm looking forward to future developments and updates.

I have in no way regretted the purchase and can only recommend it to anyone who wants to run their business properly.

I was sceptical at first if this would be beneficial for a solopreneur like me.
I run an Etsy store now, am doing the background work for the next one, while jotting down and mapping ideas that could potentially turn into a side hustle in the future.
The mindmap, custom lists, expense tracker, file upload itself makes this worth it. Not to mention that it also has email and messenger functionality. If I grow my e-commerce business , I'd most probably hire a VA for the day to day operations, which I can time-track, assign tasks & deadlines, give directions/demos and check progress all at the same place.

This is a no-brainer! To keep all my stuff organised and at one place. I'd finally be moving on from Apple Notes and Excel/Google sheets. Can't wait to integrate this with Etsy & Syncspider to automatically track my etsy revenue and expenses.

Flowlu is one of those products that delights with every click on a new feature. I generally don't trust apps that try to be all things, but Flowlu is well designed with business needs and the end user in mind. I can honestly say I read every comparison I could find because making a change is a very big deal. The race was tight and what helped me to make up my mind was Flowlu is relatively new while the other SaaS were much more mature, yet it was a near photo-finish between the youngster and the old boys. Thus, Flowlu will only get better with time and I for one and glad I am an early adopter!

When using existing PM or CRM software there are always things I wish it did, and end up spending hours trying to hack them to do what I want. With Flowlu this is a thing of the past -- you can sent up your workflows exactly the way you want them, and speed things up with automations at every step.

Flowlu is a very robust CRM tool. I've been using it for a short while but I've been taken away by the many features that it have compared to other other crms that I have tried. The team is focused on where they want to take the company and is often open to suggestions. Customer support is responsive and the tool is actively being updated.

I am very impressed. This is as close to an all-in-one CRM that I have ever seen. I can sync my email and calendar on Flowlu. It has an invoice feature, as well as a time tracker. It integrates with Stripe, Square, etc. It also offers great online support and Youtube tutorials. The onboarding process to start with Flowlu is very clear. I am very happy with this purchase!

When I first saw Flowlu on Appsumo I was happy with my solutions in almost everything covered by this amazing tool, and had no intention of trying anything new.

However some of the points and strengths I read in various reviews encouraged me to give it a try. By the time I realized it, I was already with a Tier 3 (I'm a solo-entrepreneur, and it was enough for me).

From there, and without having been able to extract all the juice yet, I can say that after having tried more than a dozen different solutions in the last 10 years, this is the most complete and at the same time simple to manage of them all.
I am excited waiting for them to incorporate what they have planned in their roadmap and be able to manage my business from Flowlu like I never could before.

This software is good so far. We see it as a good way to join 3 different softwares that we are using all into one software. There are a few features I would like to see but when I reached out to support they mentioned that those features are on their roadmap so that's exciting.

If you do not have a project management software or you're currently using multiple software's for internal management (like us), this is a great deal.

Flowlu is a nice alternative to many of the project management tools out there. The price is affordable and you can start with a free plan that has enough features for solopreneurs and freelancers. What I like most is the ability to customize a lot within Flowlu and API and webhooks make it really easy to connect to other apps. The downside is that you get overwhelmed with options and features when you start using the software and there are no templates offered for industries to start quickly. Another disadvantage is that the CRM contacts and other data of my organizations connected to Flowlu can be seen by all of my admins whether they are assigned to my organization or not. In terms of security, it is important to make all managed companies isolated. It would be great to have webforms and email sync reduced from 5 to 1 minute for all plans. Since the tool is being actively developed I do hope they address all these issues as their roadmap looks solid.
