Flowlu has everything your business will need from project management to a built-in CRM. the easy to use interface and ability to not only add in all your team members BUT also there emails is invaluable. You can also ditch external invoicing tools and use the built-in invoice functionality which is highly customisable. It the best one we have seen by far. Add the KB for your internal team for your SOPs and you are good to go. Highly recommended tool for any type of business.

Flowlu one of the best purchases made for my business so far. Excellent software to manage all activities without switching multiple apps. I was using Hubspot, Trello & slack for my business and finally found an alternative to switch. Happy with the service and supports far.
I would love to see accounting (finance section) in this software as a future update, which would totally change the game.

Have used Asana & Clickup. Flowlu is much better Project & Team management tool whether you have 2 or 1000 employees. Have all the important & critical features & don't have to navigate multiple tools including Mail management, Project workflow, Task management, Finance, Communication with the team & so much more.

I bought from appsumo deals. Have been using this for a week and I'm feel very lucky to own it :) . It is easy to use, customizable and meet my needs. Even better, it can handle finance task including invoicing. So far, this is the best project management platform for me.

Really this is what every business and company needs. Every easy to run your whole business with one single login.
We use to use multiple tool just to run one business and each tool comes with its own extra cost and also the disadvantage of multiple different users and logins but Flowlu solved this problem now.
Also, with whitelabel coming up, I think it will be amazing for digital businesses to just have everything under your own brand name to build more trust with your Clients.

I have tried multiple project management SaaS products. I've triedZoho, Pipedrive, NiftyPM, and Hubspot CRM. They've all been good...in their own ways, but I have to sacrifice 'something' with each product. I finally found Flowlu, a solution that allows me to manage everything in one place! No more juggling SaaS products for project management and CRM management. Having all information in one place normally means paying out the wahoo for a high-end, established product. Not with Flowlu! For a reasonable price, you get a well-designed, beautiful all-in-one management tool.

My search for an all-in-one business management tool is finally over! I have been skeptical with most all-in-one business solutions I've tried so far, because typically by trying to do and be everything, they end up doing nothing well. Not so Flowlu.

Some of my favorite features are the CRM with email integration, and a very good-looking knowledge-base. Both of these are better than stand-alone apps I have seen and tested in the past.

I have not encountered any bugs, and all parts of the app are speedy.

I am looking forward to planned updates coming later this year, like custom dashboards and a client portal. And, if contracts and signatures get added, this will be as complete an app as you can hope for.

Flowlu easily replaces half a dozen apps. Imagine not only the cost savings and integration headaches avoided, but also preventing your team from having to learn all those apps!

A number of options are available in the software, and they are constantly adding new ones. Compared to other software options, I found many of them too simple, as they did not provide enough detail or kept it simple enough for individual needs. I really appreciate how easy it is to manage everything, and how the sales team continually adds new features and incorporates suggestions I make for making the software more useful to me. With Flowlu, four applications have been replaced, and life has been improved. Some of its features, such as google drive or email handling, aren't available yet. This company offers excellent customer service.

Flowlu practically ticked most of the boxes in project management and CRM. I cannot imagine having to use different tools, i.e. agile project, invoicing and CRM separately dealing with multiple separate accounts. Flowlu solved that by providing all-in-one platform just for that.

I tested a lot of CRM and project management solutions, but I would say that Flowlu is the most feature-rich among them. Don't be fooled by its little bit archaic user interface, just give it a shot and I'm sure you'll like it. You will be amazed if you learn that it can perform a wide range of functionality.

For me, the possibility of managing projects and tasks in addition to having access to a CRM and Sales pipeline management is essential, and that is for me Flowlu's greatest advantage over other solutions on the market.

Although English is not a problem for me, it is for part of my team, so I hope that compatibility with the Spanish language will be available soon. On the other hand, the Flowlu interface is very well done, even though could be a bit overloaded at times, so I hope the team can make progress in improving (cleaning/simplifying) the UI / UX aspects. I'd also like to see more integrations in the future, so I can achieve a smoother workflow.

Finally, the roadmap looks very complete and the team has been very kind in responding to my queries quickly, so I am very grateful and happy to start integrating Flowlu into my business.

I really like the USP of this tool. It’s amazing, but it has a learning curve and I am looking for in detailed demonstrative video tutorials and lots more use cases and demonstrations in real business situation.

The CRM is pretty good, comparable to a dedicated CRM.
The Invoice module has many and it is also very smart. The mind-mapping module is good to go. The customization is great, sometimes overwhelming as it gives so many options. But it's good once you know where it is. The chat support is also very helpful.
I use the white-label feature on my client portal which increases my brand visibility.

Flowlu is awesome from project management. Our business has tried many similar applications - Todoish, Nifty, Notion, Active Campaign, and more - and Flowlu is the perfect mix of them all. We love that there is freedom to use the tool how you want, but that it's not as overwhelmingly free as Notion. It's also great that we have the option to activate/deactivate features of Flowlu on a user-by-user basis. This allows us to create customized views for internal teams or deactivate portions of the app that we don't need.

There is definitely a learning curve with Flowlu but I think this is always the case with tools like this. It's reasonably customizable and very robust, so you'll need to take some time to figure out your best work flow. While that may seem like a con, it is most definitely a pro. Once you decide on your workflow and best use practices, you'll never look back.

I've tried a number of CRM/business management platforms for my law firm over the years and I've finally found the one for me. Flowlu really has everything I'm looking for - task management, client management, project management. And it does it really well.

Flowlu is an All-in-one Business Management Software I can use to handle my clients.

The CRM is very good.
Project management module is advanced.
I didn't realize that the invoicing module is also amazingly very good until I use it. For instance I can not delete an invoice if it related to a transaction.

I use the white label solution and install it on my domain. This way my client won't know that I am using Flowlu.

The minus side: It give you many customization options that can be overwhelming if you never use an all-in-one software before.

And one more. I use Xmind to create mindmap for my clients. I can upload my mindmap to Flowlu, and give the access to my client. This is something that is very rare. Flowlu said that it is not yet compatible with the newest Xmind, but I still tried it, and it just works :)

Summary: using Flowlu, I can manage my business from 1 platform, and that is huge a time saver.

I have recently purchased this amazing software. I just love it. It is a feature-packed software. It is a CRM, PMT, Task manager, and much more. It also has a very easy-to-use setup.

Very easy to use all in one project and task management, collaboration tool, CRM, basic financials. This helps me sort our my projects into simple step by step tasks. Helps me stay focused and productive.
