We have been using various tools for project, CRM, and team management to run our business. But Flowlu has all features including project management, CRM, Task, emails. Very clean user interface, and easy to learn and understand this platform.
We are very happy with the purchase. Highly recommended to use Flowlu for your business needs.

Been looking for a project mangement software that does it all. I'm happy that I finally found a one stop solution that takes care of my project management, CRM, invoicing, inventory, transactions, knowledgebase needs and even takes care of the mind mapping. The mindblowing 1TB storage for the professional plan is an absolute feast! All in all a good buy, considering how many project management softwares I've used!

With CRM, Time Tracking, Accounting and Project Management - this is an all-in-one solution that is easy-to-use.

However there are several areas I would like to see improved before it comes anywhere close to rivals Clickup or Monday.

I’m really happy with Flowlu so far. I’m not an IT expert and was able to set it up really easily. I love that my emails can run through Flowlu unlike another platform I tried out. The team has a comprehensive library of training resources. It seems to be a very well developed platform and also has a very engaged Facebook group with members often outlining their different use cases which I find really interesting.

Having a finance background, I like the finance function and invoicing as well as the CRM, workflows and project management tools. It’s probably more than I really need now but having the all-in-one tool gives me confidence that I can grow my business and try new things knowing I have this comprehensive tool at my fingertips.

I am using Flowlu for a small business. I have used Quicken in the past for accounting but this is the first time I am using such an “all in one” package. It is very convenient for me to have HR/finance and even tasks in one platform. The accounting part of Flowlu is more than sufficient for my business needs as we deal mostly with cash and online bank transfer transactions.
Allowing unlimited customers and invoices is a bit plus as many other platforms have limits. I believe there are enough features that will allow my business to grow. Knowing I can add another organization/company gives me peace of mind that if I start another business I can do so without having to start over again.
I am still working out the tasks/projects/mind map but the interface is fairly straight forward. Task management wise we like the calendar and file storage (don’t need to worry about uploading to Google drive and then sharing the link etc). On our older laptop there were some issues loading the app but probably our problem.

I am really looking for a CRM tool but when Flowlu came to Appsumo, it changes the game. Not only do I have CRM but also time tracking and invoice. It really helps me level up my business. The UX/UI is very clean, simple and easy to use. Definitely 5 stars. Keep it up! :D

I started using Flowlu from only 5 to 6 days before but I become friend of Flowlu, its user friendly but you have to spend some time to play with it. I have created number of workspaces and add my team to those workspaces, I can add team member with the email address of any domain. I can send message to any team member directly, the best thing is I can send or receive message from mobile app also.
As a software developer my next plan is to dive into the Agile Project, which looks very interesting. I already go through the video available for Agile Project which help me a loot about the process.
Flowlu team is improving the product with the passage of time, today I get a new update. After that update I can add Collaborators to my tasks. so one task can be assign to multiple team members.
There is still many things to explore because Flowlu is offering much more (e.g., Project Management, Finance, CRM, Knowledge base etc.)

When I founded my startup, a little over a decade ago, we licensed Basecamp but discontinued it after a few months. When product development work picked up steam, a number of months later, my team and I made do with Google Sheets (!) for project management.

I was thrilled to be an early adopter of Asana subsequently, but as the team size grew and we outgrew the free-license tier, we migrated to Trello as the Asana license would have cost more than we could reasonably afford. Trello (with its more-intuitive Kanban-style boards, which Asana had yet to emulate) served us well. However, I was thrilled again to discover Gitscrum, mainly for how it supports agile software development, through a Sprints feature.

We persisted with Gitscrum despite its often being sluggish and lacking real-time team messaging functionality. (It has a Web 1.0-style discussion board that doesn't do the job.) We also took to using Chanty, a separate, Slack-like internal messaging software, not only for internal communication but also to assign and track minor team member tasks that don't merit a full-blown task on the dedicated project management system.

What we like is that Flowlu has the capabilities of our current system (especially, project management and agile software development) and more, including team messaging as part of its Swiss Army-style collection of tools – all in one place!

Even if we may not leverage all tools, such as Invoicing, at my business, I am most excited about the ability to set up APIs and webhooks, to better integrate Flowlu into our app.

Flowlu is one of the best business management tools I have used.

Flowu is a great project management, a CRM, invoicing application that handles your tasks with ease and simplicity. I would highly recommend it to anyone who's looking for an easy to use project management software. Its modular and can turn components off and on easily. The GUI is great and easy learning curve for employees and clients alike.

I love the array of features that Flowlu has. The roadmap is promising and I think it is impt to have a strong facebook community of users who are always there to help one another or just to share insights and knowledge. Am looking forward to grow our projects with Flowlu.

A great app packed with relevant functionality. All in one functional platform. It has Finance, CRM, Task management and can come with a custom domain.

As I was aspiring to scale my solo business to an agency, I needed a comprehensive and integrated system that can help me manage my essential business processes. Flowlu offers an easy all-in-one portal to manage my clients, projects, staff, tasks, finances and knowledge-base.

What I Like:
Project and Task management that can be well used for any services - software development, consulting, tech and creative services. CRM - Full Client lifecycle management - Leads, projects, tasks, staff, emails and past communication. Finance - You can manage invoices, revenue, expenses and cash flow forecasting.Knowledge-base - Very useful for onboarding & knowledge management for both employees and clients. Collaboration - Cool internal communication with chat messenger, company feed and project chat.

Things to improve:
Client Portal - Though not there yet, flowlu seems to be working on a portal where clients can engage in projects directly. Marketing Automation - I am not sure how much of marketing automation is possible and planned. Support Desk - Would be nice to have an integrated ticketing and support desk system.I recommend to try this portal and see how it fits in your business processes and needs.

Flowlu has saved us time and money. We used to organize our company affairs and delegate roles and tasks for our team using three different applications. Flowlu not only offers features that all of our former three applications gave us, it exceeds. We love the email integration and onboarding process. Not to mention, the ability to customize the application features is wonderful. Soon, they will launch a client portal. We've been looking for an alternative to Zen Desk and hope that Flowlu comes through. Did I mention their support? So far, so good. Despite being busy, I've received responses to my support requests within a few hours.

All in one software can be often an intriguing proposition. But the fear is that it will do everything
poorly.

Thankfully that isn't an issue with flowlu. It's features are well thought out and it's not bloated.

I really like their knowledge base feature. I think knowledge bases are very underrated. They're integral to making sure that employees are always on the right track.

There pricing structure is also great. Flowlu keeps it simple and fair. I'm a big fan.

I'm a solopreneur, I'm getting in to the business of web side of world, the onboarding with detailed steps / checklists of how to setup and do things is good workflow, but there's room more more unified UI / UX, options to bill different organisations under a service is nice, but a different workspace would be a welcome addition to differentiate the organisation.

The whole finance part is as an integration is good one from estimate to invoicing, hope proposals and contracts are added in near future, so prospecting for client would be useful for solopreneurs like me all in a place, as this tool does it.

This CRM software is good so far. Promising solution with a solid roadmap. The fast loading speed, a helpful knowledge base feature, and a mindmap feature for internal training makes it the best all-in-one program on the market.

Flowlu is an immense platform - has everything a business owner needs to manage their own business, and is covered when scaling up and working with internal or external teams.

Everything from invoicing to tasks and projects to a brilliant knowledge - which is why I use my Flowlu pretty much every day!

The support is excellent and there are updates happening regularly.

Not only can this help you manage your business now, there is a clear commitment to future expansion from the developer so, if you are on the fence, don't be - go do it (you'll thank me later!).

As a freelancer with plenty of projects from different platforms such as Upwork and established clients and agencies, I have been struggling to stay on top of all my tasks while timing the amount of work for each of my clients. Flowlu has been a very good solution and proves to have a lot of potentials, especially when you look at their roadmap. I am very happy with the decision.
