I have both Plutio and Freedcamp, but I feel they are so complicated to understand how to use it well. While Flowlu is very easy to use because it has a pretty and clean UI. I love much function of Flowlu invoice, which I can add or remove items “tax, discount, pty” by clicking and choosing on tick boxes.

Probably the biggest weakness of most SaaS offerings on AS is the onboarding and training. I can't tell you how many times I've refunded (cough, SD) or used 10% of a platform for months before figuring out a "holy crap, I can do that?"

Flowlu gets big ups for the training and walkthroughs, knowledgebase, videos, and the founder hanging out in the FB group to answer questions.

Platform appears to be pretty fully featured. CRM, invoicing, project management, etc. Fingers crossed I can get enough out of it to cancel my monthly solutions for my law firm.

The customization capabilities of flowlu for my business are absolutely amazing! Automation and workflow, complete tasks and project management is a must for me, The CRM which is great. API and webkooks allow integration how sweet is that. Additional features, Email integration, invoicing, record lists, mind map, knowledge base, connecting to my own domain. Flowlu is saving me $300 a month so far.

As a start-up there are so many hats to wear and software options to buy to help capture data, set up processes that a solopreneur can not do alone. Nor have the money to. Each option can take a reasonable chunk out of the budget every single month (because who can normally afford to buy everything up front?). Then you have the complexity of integration so everything works seamlessly, so more not-so-inexpensive tech support $$. And different apps to open, systems to learn. An overwhelming but critical part of a new business.

LTD's can be the go-to for cost-effective options. But with Flowlu, multiple browser tabs of 'similar (but not really) LTD's deals got shut down in a heartbeat. Because the Flowlu dashboard is the Mother Ship. Like, HOW could one app do so much? And everything connect and overlap with the next function with limited technology required?

The Mobile App V2 is a work-in-progress but the Flowlu team seem pretty agile and responsive to the feedback and are building a product that can be tailored (and branded!) to every business.

The first thing you notice when you open Flowlu is its clean-cut and well-thought-out design. It's intuitive, with UX being on point. But the design is just a cherry on the cake. The real treat is the astounding amount of useful features that cover all bases from PM coordination, optimization and automation, clients acquisition and retention, to invoice, emails, and payment gateways integration.

So are you ready for the flowlu application? You need to be ready for this one! It is very robust and professionally built. It is something I would recommend to anybody that needs to do project management especially if you into the media business.

I was a little skeptical because at first when you see the software is overwhelming because there is a lot of options and different things you can do.But then their onboarding is done in such a fabulous way that it makes you create one of everything for pretty much all activities you need to do. After that you will run through your projects like in a breeze

The navigation is very well-made and the white labelling option with you own domain gives you a sense that you are home.

As for functionalities they have you covered!
Finance, files, calendars, team, products, even the knowledge base so you can decide how you want your workflow to be. the report to also seem to be very good to give you Insight of what's going on into your business.

Then the other thing I really like is the team is very proactive and doing a lot of changes and follow a road map that is very effective which tells me this company is due to have a bright future.

Just a PM tool ? Hell no!

Yet another PM tool? This is the first question when I first came across it. When it comes to PM, I always take a new tool with a grain of salt. But after digging into Flowlu I just realized how powerful it is and how everything is neatly pieced together. It's not something you should miss out on even if you've already tried 10+ PM tools out there, just like me.

I can't believe how many features they've integrated all into one platform. With this system, my entire workflow is organized and manageable in an instant, from CRM to team management to document sharing, it's everything that you would ask for as part of your business foundation. What really sets them apart is the simplicity and organized they've managed to achieve even with so many features packed into one. A good product can't be really good without excellent customer support. You guessed it, they nailed it on that too.

If you're looing for the perfect fit for your business, don't pass on this one thinking of it being just another PM tool. Just try it and you'll love it.

Flowlu is wonderful software. Before using Flowlu, I never thought it was possible to bring CRM, Project & Task Management Invoicing into one seamlessly stitched software. You save so much time and effort using this.

What actually sets them apart is the simpleness they've handled to attain even with so lots of features loaded into one. A great item can't be actually great without excellent customer support.

Flowlu is an excellent solution for project management and CRM software. It covers a lot of areas such as CRM, projects, finance, tasks, and internal communication. I had been using its various features; still, some features are missing, but happy to see that in the roadmap. It's so intuitive, beautiful UI, and easy navigation. Gmail and IMAP mails are easily in sync with flowlu. The mobile app is also easy to use.

We run a business where we have to coordinate lots of projects between lots of people and keep them all on track. Flowlu has been an amazing tool to help us do that. We've used Nifty and lots of others but ultimately chose Flowlu because it has a very easy to use interface and the ability to track customers and projects and potential customers easily. Once they deploy their customer portal (on their roadmap), then it will be hard to beat.

Flowlu is a powerful project management tool with extension set of features on business management (CRM, invoicing).
Pros:
1. Dedicated founder and hardworking team, which has been releasing features & updates frequently
2. Project workflow that can do automation of tasks, internally and externally (through integration software)
3. CNAME domain, good to keep company identity
4. Email accounts integration which is rarely see in PM tool
5. Mindmap
Cons:
1. A bit of learning curve but that is expected from a tool with comprehensive features.
2. Hopefully can include more email accounts

Great Business Management Software to handle all your need. I am in it consulting services and always keep on tab on all the tasks need to be done and task that is currently being worked on. Flowlu has been real help monitoring and delegating task to team member. Service is well build and i believe it can be adopted to different industries.

Getting started with Flowlu was easy for me.
For some people, Flowlu may seem to have too many features. However, I feel right at home because I have tried many project management tools before so I know what to expect.

I like that I can divide tasks into projects, and there is a template project called project workflows. It also has a Scrum project management tool called Agile Projects, which I find enough for my use case.

Overall this software is an easy recommendation.

Flowlu has a lot of capabilities out of the box so that is one of the nice benefits of the application. I don't currently have a need to use the CRM part but knowing that it's there is great. What I do like is the ability show subtasks immediately below the tasks thus saving some time clicking for details. One thing that I would have liked to see included on lower plans is the ability to segregate by departments or business units. Without that means that it fits better for smaller companies.

This software is very fun and really helps me in the process of dividing tasks and reminding them of their tasks, moreover it is equipped with a one on one chat feature. I can enjoy my day better

I've been trying Flowlu trial for the last few weeks and I even asked to extend my trial period, and in the end I'm very happy to choose Flowlu as the project management application that I chose.

I've tried several apps, like trello, monday, bloo, nifty. Finally I decided to use flowlu, I found many advantages of flowlu compared to other similar applications.

What I really like is support, we don't have to send emails, we can directly chat through the dashboard.
