After few days of using the free trial version, I decided yesterday to invest and buy flowlu at full stack.

I liked very much the user interface and the facility to use (I think of my employees and how easy to integrate them in).

Flowlu will save me meberships in many other project management tools like trello and others. Eventhough Flowlu is still not as developed as trello, BUT the road map is aspiring and the team is reactive. So I decided to invest.
I read they have another native Russian version with much more features. So I put confidence in them to deliver.

That was the upside; easy to use, FAST, and provide holistic view of your multiple businesses.

The downside: I was hoping to get more elaborated financial reports without the need to integrate to a third party like QuickBooks. It would be really much better to have my data hosted at one place.

Another point is that the maximum storage they provide is 1000GB. I will need more. I hope that they will propose a solution by integrating with a third party storage solution.

Thats it for today.

If I feel the need, I will update my review in the future based on the experience I have with my team.

In short, I recommend this product.

Finally, I found a complete project management solution with CRM Features. I was checked a lot of CRM systems but that was not included complete PM. In the end, Flowlu gives that solution what I need for my small organization. Thank’s to AppSumo where I get this solution like Flowlu. I love this UI design & user-friendly interface.

Seeking for alternative to current CRM solution, and chanced upon Flowlu. At one glance, it feels familiar and after trying it out. I think this is it, the solution that I can migrate to. Flowlu has a pretty comprehensive features for CRM and task management. I would like to see more features that I can use with the existing CRM tool. Seeing that the Flowlu has been active in developing, I would continue with workaround, which is better than having problems with current CRM tool.

I thought it'll just be another CRM or whatever. But then I was overwhelmed with all the features. It's a complete and robust CRM. Get it while you can!

I tested this product as a CRM but will likely use it for much more. It is basically an all in one management tool. There are improvements that could be made in areas such as finance and proposals to make it really great but it has many useful functions already. Well worth a try especially as it plays nice with other tools through the use of integrations and webhooks

This is a great tool for project management. I've tried this tool for few weeks for project management and it's very intuitive. It has powerful features and it's a very competitive tool vs. another market project management tools. It needs improvement in Kanban (posibility to add new task lists, more visual indicators, better gantt chart), but it's in the right way. I try another competitor tools and now can i say Flowlu is a good contender

I am a marketing consultant with a small team. I was struggling to find a good tool (i was initially searching for project management tools) and tested couple of famous tools.

I was never happy with the performance and limitations of those tools and then i found Flowlu. I liked their project management feature and chat feature was also a bonus.

I was happy to see CRM functionality and the way it shows the project expected revenue on the top. It keeps you motivated because you always see you have some opportunities in pipeline and you just need to win those opportunities.

I also liked the note feature because you can save important notes related to business and that folder structure is really easy to use and saves a lot of time.

Don't forget the App. I am using their Android App and it's amazing. I really love this tool.

in my search for an all-in system for CRM, invoicing, internal communication with different teams of different departments, i encountered a lot of system that were not as userfriendly, had no clear overview and such a nice user interface as Flowlu.
Also the customization possibilites are great.

I was amazed by all the possibilities. Often prodcuts ton(t live to the expectations set through marketing campaigns for the product.

At Flowlu they did an extraordinary job by not only living up to teh expectations but by exceeding them.

Finally, what realy convinced me of going for the highest plan was the custom domain, ip whitelisting and especially their roadmap, more specifivally their futur plans.

i am very excited about this product and can only vouch for them and confirm this is a top product and a no brainer to purchase it when you are a small to medium sized company.

Yes, Flowlu is by far the best. Everything from its advanced features related to sales and customer management to its sleek design have made me a huge fan of this application. I have tried out many other CRM's & project management tools but ultimately Flowlu was the clear choice for me due to its amazing customer support team. And then there are all of the wonderful features like ip whitelisting, CNAME. invoicing, task etc. & integrations like integrately.

In order to increase sales, you need to collect valuable customer information and ability to connect and disucss through inbuilt chat is plus. Easy time-tracking with multi-users; invoicing through payment integration; sleek Kanban Board that shows your product or client's feedback in real time and much more!

I'm all aboard with the way you've set up your pricing, it is good for everyone's need.

Looking forward to the customer portal soon and moreover, as an addon, if possible, I will look forward a community similar to mighty network.

Overall, I think Flowlu is best among to its competitors. All the best.

What is Flowlu?

Flowlu is a complete system to run your business. It has a lot of options including a project manager ( with kanban view) CRM and much more.

Things that I love about Flowlu:

Flowlu can connect to your mail, so you see the mail in Flowlu and can create tasks directly from there. No more need to send yourself mails to create the tasks

Flowlu can connect to your gmail calendar, so that you can manage your calendar in the same place where your have the project manager.

You can create invoices from the platform.

The possibility to create a knowledge base that can be seen to your users or even to any person by a direct link.

There is a CRM although I have not used it myself so I can´t talk about it.

The automatization features are pretty solid. And it integrates with Pabbly and Integrately.

Above all Flowlu seems to work fast and without errors. The UI is simple enough but full of features.

Things that Flowlu is missing:

- Client portal. That feature is missing at the moment.

As a small business, this is a great piece of software. One of the key reason for buying this Flowlu is because of their project management tool.

It has all the module i need. However, i will love if they could improve their financial/book module to make it tax compliant with The Netherlands.

Flowlu has your all needs covered with project management, Kanban board, CRM, and invoicing, mindmap.

Flowlu is my new CRM. I have tried many CRM's, Zoho, Hubspot, Salesforce, Streak, Insightly.

I was able to set Flowlu up right away, connect my Gmail account and start using the Kanban Board.

Flowlu is a better price and value than the other CRM's I have used.

Support always answered my questions with a decent response time.

There are many great features on the Roadmap, including a customer portal.

I like the integration with Square for payment processing.

There are many great features that I will implement over my first year using Flowlu, like Collaboration Tools, online invoicing, task management, and project management.

Overall I am pleased with Flowlu.

Buying into Flowlu is like buying atleast 4 or 5 different products, all bundled into one and pre integrated.

What I love most is configurability of the solution. One can configure across CRM, Project Management, Finance, Knowledge base (both internal and external) and even a Mind mapper tool.

I have started using Flowlu recently for Project Management and Knowledge base, and stepping on to Mind mapper.

I am excited about how I can gradually start using additional tools as and when my firm's needs and employees grow.

I also like the fact that you can have multiple businesses within one Flowlu account, saves a lot of effort and expense.

Its very good value for money for me. Highly recommend.

Can be considered as an all-in-one system to manage a medium sized business
Email marketing, accounting and inventory can be a plus but not something I see that is required.
Essential integrations to some apps are already available. Zapier is not there yet but not a deal breaker.

I've been using Flowlu for a while now. The web app is speedy, which is a must have for me. If I have to spend my time on business administration, I'd rather it be swift rather than slow.

The functionality provided is impressive and the onboarding was much appreciated. Invoices are stylish and simple one or two line invoices fit on one single page.

I've had clients who have complained that a single line item invoice covers more than one page, and I'm happy to report that Flowlu doesn't have this problem.

I'm looking forwards to the upcoming client portal as that'll be the last piece of my personal CRM jigsaw.

Excellent value for money. Fast learning curve.
While I have spent hours with the other products, I was able to set it up, import from excel and produce first project financial review (reports) within 4 hours from purchase.

I looked long & hard - and I bought & tried various others: NiftyPM, CompanyHub, Basecamp, Bloo, etc.

FLOWLU it is. :)

It does soooo many things. And it does them very well!

Plus, Max & team are a class-act.
Responsive and open & interested to improve things even more.

I tried Flowlu as I have other CRM tools so I cancel it thinking was more of the same. After few days I found myself missing the tools of Flowlu!!! So starting to use it again and never looked back!

I can manage all my invoicing, project management and maximise my productivity! It's an intuitive platform very easy to use, fast interface, love the fact that I can brand it with my Cname!

Flowlu has been very responsive to any query I had. The product looks great too and to this date, it's been developing constantly.

Flowlu has been a good investment and I suggest you try it and see it by yourself.

So we have just migrated to Flowlu from Clickup mainly for the automation. The customer service has been great so far and it's the first time I'm actually excited about a software!
