Freshness Guarantee is a Lie
I ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday and right from the offset there were delivery issues; I didn’t mind too much as it was dealt with promptly and they offered to upgrade my bouquet to the deluxe option. However, the flowers had significantly wilted by the beginning of the third day despite their advertised 5-day freshness guarantee. When I emailed pictures in they claimed that whilst it’s just a ballpark figure for freshness, a refund couldn’t be given and only store credit - a real shame for how expensive the flowers were but also the false advertisement. I opted for the store credit & chose to send some flowers to my sister…lo and behold the hydrangeas and roses were 60% wilted from their normal state upon arrival! I really do NOT recommend this company to anybody.

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.
We would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding both orders.
Your first complaint was submitted three days after the bouquet was received. While we do advertise an expected freshness period of 4–5 days, this is a general guideline rather than an absolute guarantee, as the lifespan of flowers can vary depending on a number of factors, including their care and the room temperature in which they are kept. Once flowers leave our florists, we unfortunately have no control over these conditions.
Nevertheless, in line with our freshness policy and as a gesture of goodwill, we offered to replace the bouquet for you.
Regarding the redelivery, the bouquet was prepared using fresh flowers that had been received by our florists that same morning and was then dispatched with our partnered courier. Upon receiving the bouquet, you contacted us to advise that the hydrangeas had begun to dehydrate.
We explained the particularly delicate nature of hydrangeas and provided guidance on how to care for them to help them recover. We also subsequently provided you with a partial refund at your request.
We genuinely regret that you have had two disappointing experiences with us. However, we believe that on both occasions we investigated the concerns raised, provided guidance and offered appropriate resolutions, including a replacement and financial compensation.
We appreciate your feedback and will continue to share quality concerns with our floristry team to help us improve.

Thank you Flower Station! The choices offered were lovely and the website easy to navigate. I am not in England and this was not an issue at all. I made an error with the address and Harini from Flower Station responded immediately and reassured me that the delivery was on track. The recipient loves the flowers and certainly the bouquet looks gorgeous in the photo she sent me. All in all a pleasurable experience from start to finish. Thank you Flower Station

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a friend’s birthday in April which was good BUT it’s now almost August and at no point did I want to be on their mailing list so when I got an email I immediately unsubscribed but days later another email
So I responded stating I’d unsubscribed and please unsubscribed me only to get a response thank you for liking us so much. Another email again 3rd time unsubscribed and the other day another so I informed them I would leave a review and again thank you and another email today. I can’t stand it I’d have bought from them again but this blatant constant emails on and on about reordering I’m so angry. Just GO away

It is already three or four times that I have ordered flowers from Flower Station. I live in Miami Florida and I order flowers to be delivered in London every time it is perfect and the service even when I need adjustments is A+++ Highly recommended they will take care of you guaranteed

Flowers excellent - delivery not up to usual standard
Have used Flower Station several times and historically been very pleased with quality of flowers and the delivery.
However on this last occasion - delivery was delayed & required prompting from me
The flowers were sent as condolences on loss of a partner, so not impressed

Definitely recommend an excellent service.
I found Flower Station to be very helpful, polite and efficient. I also liked the fact that l could phone them and speak to a person instead of a machine or communicate online. In this day and age that is definitely a bonus.

Beautiful flowers and great customer service
The flowers delivered were beautiful and the receiver was very pleased. Customer service was great, i had originally put the wrong delivery details but this was quickly rectified. I would highly recommend flower station and won't hesitate to use them again.
