Absolutely perfect Naples getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this brand new luxury rental in Naples. The location is unbeatable — just minutes from the beach — and the home itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable.

Every detail was thoughtfully done. The amenities are top-notch, and having six bikes included made exploring the area so easy and fun. The house is super clean, modern, and feels like a true resort retreat.

It was the perfect escape from the Minnesota winter — warm sunshine, palm trees, and total relaxation. Super convenient, super comfortable, and truly a luxury experience.

We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

My husband and I decided on a quick trip to the area and found this amazing house and Englewood Florida Home & Vacation rentals! Their customer service was amazing and everything was set up quickly! They made it so easy! The home was beautiful and accommodating and we loved every moment of our stay! We will definitely be using them again for our family vacation this year! Highly, Highly recommend!! 10/10

Great views not crowded best place on island to stay once construction is done

The whole house was to myself ,it gave sense of privacy

There are many shopping and restaurants nearby. The game room had many options to have fun. The heated pool was great! the kids had a blast!

We had a really nice stay for 8 days in December 2025. Emerald Island is a gated community, safe area, convenient to the parks, shopping, & restaurants. The house is huge, comfortable beds, very secure with alarm system, well stocked, especially in the kitchen & for baby stuff… stroller, high chair, kid proof dishes, walkers, etc. John was easy to communicate with and sends very detailed instructions. The staff leave plenty of garbage bags, dishwasher pods, and even have a nice selection of spices & some other essentials, which saves you from having to pick all those all up at the grocery. Even though we didn’t use the pool, we did use the hot tub (very relaxing after a long day at the parks) and the whole patio area is well done.

Overall, the house was clean and organized, but a few recommendations would be investment in some blackout curtains, which are nice for those mornings you want to sleep in a little bit after a really late night at the parks, and maybe some game type things in the garage (pool, air hockey, or ping pong, etc)

Like the way everything is presented

This home is perfect for accommodating small, medium, or large groups. We stayed here for a one-week trip with a group of four, and it was amazing. The beds were incredibly cozy, making it easy to relax and recharge after long days.

The hot tub and pool were wonderful after visiting the theme parks, helping soothe sore feet from all the walking. The in-home audio system added an extra layer of relaxation, which we really enjoyed.

We also appreciated the fully loaded kitchen. It had all the pots, pans, and utensils needed for anything from a calm morning breakfast to a full dinner feast. No matter what meal you’re prepping, the kitchen is fully equipped.

The location was another huge plus — it’s conveniently close to both Disney and Universal Orlando, which made getting to and from the parks quick and easy. For the nights we didn’t feel like cooking, the owner thoughtfully provided a list of nearby places to visit, including budget-friendly and high-quality spots. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area, which made planning incredibly convenient and stress-free.

Overall, our stay was absolutely amazing. We would definitely stay here again! 100/10

From the moment we inquired about the property to booking to checking in, our stay and checkout- flawless!! The house itself is stunning. Great location and easy beach access. Our host was most helpful with any and all questions. This was a family vacation to include three generations and everyone agreed we would be back next year! The house has everything you could possibly need. It is well maintained. Beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was a dream. The large living space accommodated family game nights and enjoying SEC football! We are so thankful that we happened upon this rental

From the moment we arrived, Sunnyside Up felt like a rare coastal gem—refined, restorative, and completely enchanting. The home’s beautiful antique touches add timeless charm, and the fully stocked kitchen made every meal effortless. The beds were heavenly, offering exceptional comfort and rest.

The white sand beaches of Cape San Blas were the perfect retreat, and the nearby state park offered peaceful nature escapes. We also enjoyed exploring the local dining just a short drive away and were continually impressed by the friendliness of the community—locals here welcome you with genuine warmth.

Evenings became our favorite ritual: stunning sunsets from the top deck, followed by quiet resets in the hot tub under the stars. It’s a rare sanctuary to unplug, unwind, and reconnect.

We’re already counting the days until our return!
