our last third Home experience was great, as always. We stayed in an Appartment/ house in Acapulco, and it a a gorgeous place. Everything was perfect. We love Third Home becouse it allows our family to enjoy places otherwise almost impossible to reach. Third Home is a professional company that it is always working to offer the best in many many places around the world Unfortunately sometimes you cannot have the site you want because of dates are unavailable. But when you can find the place and date you need, it works wonderfuly

Excellent staff, restaurants and amenities. The one bedroom does not have walls for privacy so keep in mind it’s really a suite. Also, there is a sales presentation to become a member. We were glad we had a car to do some exploring.

ThirdHome has given my wife and I the opportunity to travel the way we enjoy the most. It has allowed us to travel the world with confidence of what to expect in our stays. The property owners we have encountered have been great to work with and always worked through any issues we encountered.

The location and views were amazing. However the house is three separate apartments with very small bathrooms and not large sitting areas. We were four couples and it’s not suitable for more than three couples.

The Residencies at Hacienda Encantada featured two bedroom, three bathroom villas with villas on the ground floor and second floor. The second floor villas offer the best ocean views. There is a pool and jacuzzi that is dedicated to several villas, but there other pools at the resort as well. There are multiple restaurants on the property and the kitchen in the villa has all the amenities for cooking.

The place was old the doors did not lock properly and safety was a concern. Most of the appliances and furniture were dated

Fortunately a security guard stayed in the garage. The maid was very friendly and the place was clean

The house was great, having the keys made it affordable. However, Thirdhome doesn't do much for you after the booking. I have to contact the homeowner and coordinate all aspects beyond booking. There is a 50/50 value in service that Thirdhome provides in the whole process.

Communication with the owner and resort operators was exceptional. Lovely and quiet resort. Unit was spotless, well maintained and appointed. Caye Caulker is a small island(s), but we found plenty to do from biking around the island, to snorkeling, to hanging out on the South Island.

Our hosts were gracious and clearly wanted us to be comfortable in their home. The home, gardens and view are all very beautiful. While the weather could have been better we were very comfortable and content staying home much of the time. The home is located in a very peaceful area yet about 15 minutes from Cooperstown where, even though we were off season, we found some excellent restaurants.

I love that you get emails showing new properties and new available weeks every day. They also let you know new keyless properties! Booking is sooo easy and fast. So many fabulous locations and properties -- I wish I had more time to visit all my favorites!

The home was absolutely amazing for our family. Spacious, spotlessly clean. A true relaxing paradise.

Ideal
Location. Great facilities. On the beach . Friendly and accommodating staff. Good apartments with large balcony .

Fantastic home. Lots and lots of bedrooms, even more and more beds. Great location, many amenities, professional size spa jacuzzi.

Nice property. The bed was very comfortable. There was only one pool and guests "claimed" chairs in the shade early so often only chairs in the full sun were available. No restaurant on-site other than the pool bar, but a lot of restaurant options within a short car ride. Good hiking at Joshua Tree National Park.

Easy to Navigate and Responsive. The website is easy to navigate and set up personalized searches. Once we found what the one we wanted, the booking process was easy and efficient. ThirdHome were good at explaining the process and following up to ensure I was having good contact with the owner.

We used our Keys to stay in a beautiful home in Santa Barbara, it was very easy to do.

Beautiful hi-tech apartment located near Eiffel Tower and very convenient access to transport around the city

The home was fantastic. The live in Margarita was nearly invisible until we needed her. It was fun to watch the golfers tee off out the back door, we had a front row seat. Walking down to the clubhouse was a nice 10 minute walk in the park. This is our 3rd stay at 3 different places in Valle de Vravo and honestly they have all been fantastic. We have yet to have a bad stay.

I have been using Third Home for years and it works flawlessly. I have always had prompt and error free service from the company itself. But I really don't need to interact with them too often, as they make the process very smooth and automated. I have had an easy time coordinating w/ other home owners and we have enjoyed some of our most memorable trips with Third Home as it takes us to places we may not have visited, were it not offered on Third Home. This company provides my family an amazing way to see the world, and maximize the value of our second home. Two Thumbs UP!
