The two bedroom, two bath condo was comfortable, convenient, and well-outfitted with all the items needed to make it like home. With the other things we brought to round it out we were able to make breakfast and lunch to really relax at the property. Dinners out were awesome. We wish the weather had been more cooperative but that is always an unknown. The couple of sunny days without wind were amazing, especially with beach chairs and umbrella provided. Thanks to the owners for such a great condo to share.

We were able to arrange a fantastic family vacation through Florida Rentals. We delt directly with the owner of the unit we rented and they were a pleasure to deal with and to correspond with. Everything about the unit we rented was exactly as it was advertised.

Location was great. The owner was very responsive and congenial. Condo was clean and very well appointed.

Very easy to rent short term stays with out fees.

We just returned from the most incredible Spring break at this vacation rental, and I can’t stop raving about it! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views. Waking up to the sight of the ocean every morning was like a dream come true. The private beach access was the cherry on top—having the sand just steps away made our stay feel like a true getaway.

The condo itself was impressively roomy and impeccably clean, which made it feel like a home away from home. We had plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax, and the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to whip up meals when we weren’t dining out.

Shannon, the host, was an absolute gem! Was incredibly easy to work with, always quick to respond to our questions and made the entire booking process a breeze. It felt like we had a personal concierge at our fingertips!

We’ve already started planning our next trip back because this place is just too good to pass up. If you’re looking for a perfect vacation spot with breathtaking views and a welcoming atmosphere, look no further. Highly recommend! 🌊🏖️

This was our first time using the site to rent a condo. It was simple with contact with owner easy! Perfect location directly on the beach, no steps.

The owner made the entire booking and stay seamless. We found the condo and area just as advertised.

We rented the Turtle Bay Cottage. the House was clean and convenient to shopping and restaurants within easy drive to the Gulf Beaches. The kids enjoyed the pickle ball courts. We enjoyed the heated pool with great view of the pond and Florida birds that visited.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo with fabulous, unobstructed beach views! The spacious deck provides comfortable seating and a perfect spot to watch the stunning sunsets. The built in bar height tables on the deck were perfect for quiet dinners overlooking the gulf. Private access to the beach, a private pool, and an elevator opening directly in the unit makes for a relaxing and convenient beach vacation.
The unit was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the condo was well stocked. The location allows for easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. The host was responsive to questions prior to our stay. Our family will definitely be back!!

Best week ever... Not one negative thing to say about our experience at the house in Sombrero Beach!

Great accommodations and location: shopping, restaurants, Anna Maria Island, outdoor attractions..quick response to minor issue by Mgmt Team.. quiet, carport, security gate..enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home, well equipped and comfortable. The community is very welcoming and home owner pleasant to deal with. If we didn’t purchase recently we would definitely considered repetitive rentals here.

The condo is perfect!! Beautiful Tommy Bahama Furniture!! Lovely bedrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen!! Brand new washer, dryer, appliances!! It’s so clean!! 3 televisions, comfortable screened in porch, cable and Roku!! Perfect location!! Stores, Restaurants, great shopping and walking!! 2 heated pools, 2 hot tubs, great grills!! The owner is so kind and nice to work with!! We have rented the condo for next February!!

This place is Amazing. It has the most beautiful sunsets. The neighborhood is safe and the people is very nice . Definitely will be back .
