This is my fourth order from Floors of Stone and the customer service from Max has been exceptional, he has been prompt and professional with all of our queries and quotations. The quality of the products from Floors of Stone is brilliant, it has transformed our house and garden- I recommend them to all our friends and family and will definitely be using them again.

Fabulous experience with Floors of Stone and STUNNING tiles - very reasonably priced. Ellie took care of us from the moment we enquired - getting back to us quickly, ensuring we had everything we needed (adhesive, grout) and making sure they were delivered on a date that worked for us. The tiles are laid now and they are top quality. Everyone who has seen them has commented on them. They’re my favourite part of our renovation (alongside our underfloor heating!) and have decided to continue the tiling into other rooms. My husband is a ground worker and will for sure be using them again on his future projects (including our garden when it’s time!) Thank you again, especially to Ellie!

After my home had been flooded, all my floors needed to be replaced. I shopped around eventually finding Ellie at Floors of Stone. Ellie was so patient, helping us look at different combinations of flooring for different areas of the house and accommodating several visits at various times of day to assess how the products worked in different lights. She made the ordering and delivery process really easy and has been so approachable with follow up support. My new floors are looking amazing with the fitters remarking on how easy the products are to work with, saying that the flooring is a quality product which will last a lifetime. Even the adhesive got a mention as being amongst the very best that they had seen and operationally represented excellent value for money. Liam, Ben, Ellie and the whole team were phenomenal. We spent months unsure of how to decide between thousands of options online and in stores. With so much choice and so many factors to consider, we felt lost. Then we discovered Floors of Stone and everything changed! They were excellent from start to finish: they really listened to all the different elements we were trying to take into account and gave such helpful advice accordingly. Daisy was incredibly helpful in organising the delivery process. I had to alter the delivery date several times due to my changeable work schedule. She was incredibly polite and proactive in making sure I could receive the order. Very impressed with her level of customer service.

Last week we had occasion to order terracotta floor tiles. Our enquiries, concerns and final order were dealt with by Flooring Expert Daisy who was efficient, pleasant and quite charming in her manner.
As part of the process, she agreed to phone us at a certain time with requested information and did so even though she had not yet got the information as she wanted to assure that she had not forgotten her promise.
Such courtesy today is rare to find and we would have every confidence in recommending your firm in the future.

I rang to place an order with Floors of stone and Ellie was extremely helpful. She was able to answer the query I had on the travertine tile I required and processed my order quickly. The delivery arrived on time with no breakages and even the young delivery driver was superb. He didn't have a problem waiting whilst I checked the order, which is most unusual these days. The Noce travertine tiles are beautiful and I would absolutely recommend this company for the quality of their tiles and their exceptional customer service, Ellie in particular.

I had really good experience with the customer service. They helped me order the tiles over the phone and advise me on what else I needed to buy. I love the tiles, they are all unique and have so much variation. You can tell they are handmade. With the antique finish they honestly look like a genuine antique floor. They are expensive and the labour cost of laying and treating the terracotta tiles ended up being even more expensive than the tiles themselves. Its really got to be a labour of love if you choose these! I am very happy with the result though and FOS were always really nice and helpful and responsive which is much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: quick and smooth delivery, and travertine tiles are gorgeous and high quality, great value for money. The team are very responsive, and gave full instructions including images to help with filling and setting the tiles (we bought unfilled ones). Would highly recommend!

We have dealt several times with Will Margetts over the past few years and have consistently found the service from him in particular and the team more generally to be excellent eg sourcing the correct tiles, advice, and delivery on time. We certainly would have no hesitation in recommending this company to a friend.

I had to order more tiles after our tilers miscalculated how many tiles they needed. And the Floors of Stone team managed to organise next day delivery at no extra cost, even though I didn’t place the order until 12:30.

We have just finished the application of Terra Cotta from Floors of Stone, and the result is amazing. We followed each step and detail of the guideline, used the products they recommended and the result is what we saw and liked on the page of the company. We are very happy of the result ! Also when we had questions , we could get immediate support from the company on the phone. Thank you Floors of Stone !

Quality product received however a significant problem with their courier providing delivery driver with a bad back who refused to offload the tiles at site, I then had to organise my own logistics, and have him deliver the four pallets to a local farm a mile away where the farmer had to use his forklift to offload the tiles. useless, but Molly the admin, wrote condescending emails, with no offer to refund the £400 delivery charge, I had to ask for a part refund and was only offered a quarter of what I paid for delivery. If you are looking for a professional service, don't use these idiots, they chose cheap logistics, present with poor service and rip you off on delivery, when they are incapable of organising getting a product from A to B. I recommend Topps tiles, Ca pietra, Victorian Plumbing and Tiles360 who are all professional, have good customer service and their delivery partners are seamless with the ability to communicate, and deliver/offload pallets without drama

In response to your response. Note that the 4 pallets were not delivered to the correct address, and effectively it was only because I knew someone a mile away with a forklift truck that the pallets were offloaded. Well done to you for storing the pallets from, April quite simply I selected the date for delivery on your website, and spent 3.5k on them but good work, was it a challenge?! likely not, that is the service a available, if you don't want people to select a delivery date in the future, sort your website out.
Note I paid £400 for delivery and was not offered a solution, I had to request that I be refunded 50% of the delivery fee I had paid, given that they would never have been delivered if it was not for me organising the solution, I was offered £100 as a good will gesture, which I did accept as I simply do not have the inclination to argue with your condescending admin, note we did not receive the goods on the date agreed, as they were delivered at an alternative address than what was agreed, it is important to highlight the truth. that you are not a trustworthy company. as you do not place any value in your 3rd party vendor because you clearly do not care what happens after the product leaves your warehouse. Updated to one star, as mentioned previously, I recommend every other company other than this one, based on the fact they don't add build up charge to cream off more money from delivery, they can communicate appropriately with the customer and they are not bordering on half-wit manipulation.
It's all very well having a great product but like you wouldn't return to a restaurant that frisbee's a great dish from the kitchen, without a care that it will land on the correct table. You wouldn't want to deal with this company, because they think they have done their job when the customer has to find someone with a forklift truck at short notice to offload the Products themselves. Topps Tiles are brilliant, Tiles360 even better and Victorian plumbing are great, the service from the above to complete the 3 bathrooms and the upstairs of our self build has been seamless and delivery already included in the cost of the tiles.
Moral of the story is, if you do not have your own forklift truck don't buy from these people.

Floors of Stone couldn't have been more helpful. They gave me a better price than advertised and the follow up customer service was fantastic - shoutout to Molly who was amazing.

Friendly, professional and helpful. It took a while to choose our new floor, not just due to the wide choice on offer but also due to the unknowns of the existing floor in our old house.
