I was looking for an authentic flagstone floor, and spent a long time trailing around tile shops. I had several different samples from Natural stone. It was a bit of a gamble as I don't usually buy un seen but I'm so please with my new floor. I went for MinsterAntiquued Limestone and they look fantastic, the colours are just what I was looking for to blend in with my old cottage. They look like they have always been there. Natural stone ordering was easy, I thought I would have to wait until July for more stock to come in but they sorted it quicker than I thought. The whole process was smooth from ordering to delivery. Matty has been quick to reply to emails and helpful. Would definitely recommend 😄

Brilliant !!. The Director, Matty is just the absolute best to deal with. I was an awkward customer from the start - I needed more samples to get a better picture, no problem. Then I ordered and needed lonnnnnng storage - again, no problem at all, even when I overshot by 2 months or more as my building works were delayed. Not even a nudge from Matty. Received our shipment this week - two days after I called and asked for delivery. The limestone tiles are stunning. So well crated, wrapped and presented. Finally, I needed advice about the BEST protection after laying - and again, email to Matty, and a call the same day with sterling advice. Faultless. I cannot praise this company highly enough. We'll be back, for sure.
