Flooring Hut Anmeldelser

Easy ordering fast free delivery to as close to the door as possible not just kerbside.great product at a price significantly cheaper than lots of others . Highly recommended

Excellent service, we needed a small amount of a very specific vinyl flooring to patch. ordering was easy delivery was on time.

Very satisfied - with carpet, delivery and communications

There was an earnest effort to find the exact LVT flooring to match our existing floor although it was by then out of production. The staff member Chevas went the extra mile to check the warehouse and found some packs that were left behind. Five Stars!!!

Experience made me realise that a LOT of money can be saved by using Flooring Hut. Many carpet retailers make it difficult to compare prices by having their own "name" for a colour/style of a carpet brand such as UK manufactured brand Cormar so that you cannot easily compare prices. They also fail to identify the quality of a particular range when there is more than one - and unkowingly you will nearly always have been supplied with the bottom of the range! Anyway, I did my own research and was able to find what Cormar carpet colour/style/quality I actually had and wanted to match by sending a sample to Cormar Customer Services. Bottom line is this enabled me to compare Flooring Hut prices to what was being charged by other major retailers for the same item. It also enabled me to arrange my own carpet fitter which again proved MUCH cheaper compared to what the major retailers would have charged. I estimate I saved about 40% overall by using Flooring Hut - a lot of money if you are progressively re-carpeting a whole property. OK, you have to take responsibilty for measuring up etc and you do need to take care. Again, delivery is "kerbside" so you need to organise storage in your property until fitting. However, the delivery driver was extremey helpful and polite and carried the carpets into the house.
I would not recommend ordering from Flooring Hut unless you can be confident in basic measuring etc and be able to cope with basic handling of a delivery - unless you have someone who can do this for you. Otherwise, take care when ordering and you may well save yourslf hundreds of pounds.

Good price and quality chrome trim. Delivery quick too.

From my initial request for samples to delivery of my subsequent order, the service from The Flooring Hut has been second to none. Through no fault of theirs, there were a couple of minor glitches with samples and delivery time from Heckmondwike but these were efficiently addressed and quickly resolved.

The carpet tiles I purchased are now laid and I am very pleased both with the quality and how they look in my home study. All in all, I have no hesitation in recommending The Flooring Hut for their obvious focus on customer satisfaction.

Bought laminate flooring for lounge.
Delivery was good and well packaged and on a decent pallet. good prices and good service.

The first time I’ve ordered carpet online and it was perfect. Good price, very responsive on email. Carpet arrived when they said it would and it’s really nice.

From start to finish, my experience with The Flooring Hut has been absolutely outstanding! The customer service team were friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.

The samples arrived quickly and were beautifully presented, making it so much easier to compare colours and textures in my own home. It’s clear that The Flooring Hut takes pride in offering high-quality products and a smooth customer experience.

When it came time to place my final order, everything went seamlessly. The delivery was on time, well-packaged, and exactly as described. The flooring itself looks stunning, the quality is exceptional and it’s transformed the entire space!

I couldn’t be happier and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Flooring Hut to anyone looking for top-quality flooring, excellent communication, and a team that truly cares about its customers.

Thank you so much for making the process so easy and enjoyable!

Excellent service and customer service, got exactly what I was expecting at less than half the price of going through a carpet company, find a fitter to do the job and save a fortune.

Excellent prices, Fast delivery, Helpful and polite.

Fantastic service and quality carpet at a great price. Delivered on time as promised. Well done Flooringhut.co.uk

We have just re-carpeted our new home. We bought our beautiful carpet from flooring hut at a really competitive price. We ordered on-line and the website was really easy to use to place our order and to calculate how much carpet we needed. Any queries we had were answered efficiently over the phone. The person we spoke to was really friendly and reassuring. The delivery person was polite, professional, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Flooring Hut and will use them again when it’s time to carpet our hall, stairs and landing. Thank you. 🤩

We ordered some Abingdon carpet which was a great price. We could pick our delivery date and it turned up when expected delivered by a courteous, helpful driver. Excellent service all round.

I needed some Polyflor flooring delivered to IOW quickly. I rang to find out if they delivered, which they did. They also gave me delivery times so I ordered on the Monday and delivery was 2 days later. Great product, efficient service and knowledgeable staff. Thanks, the floor looks great.

Super quick service and product available from stock. Went just as planned thank you

I needed to match some Karndean LLP and asked for quotes from various companies. FH had the price clearly marked on their website but as most other suppliers reported they were out of stock I called FH. A very helpful young lady checked and advised it wasn’t in stock but it could be delivered within about a week but that I had to order online and not over the phone.
I placed my order and gave a preferred delivery day. The same day I received confirmation of order and delivery date. Subsequently, I discovered that Karndean had discontinued this range of flooring and had no remaining stock so I strongly suspected that JH would email or message me to advise they also couldn’t get it.
Today was delivery day and I was still worried I wouldn’t get the order but it arrived early this morning and the third party driver helped me unload into my garage (though he was able to reverse up to the open garage so probably easier than the kerbside delivery promised).
Goodness knows where FH found the stock but I am very grateful.
In summary, FH are an efficient and low cost company with exceptional customer service and I’ll definitely use them again if I need any type of flooring.
WELL DONE FLOORING HUT

Ordered new engineered wood flooring to match existing floors covering for a new extension. Really good website and excellent communication by Paul throughout the process. Really fast delivery. The delivery driver very cooperative when it came to offloading.

Writing on behalf of my brother and sister-in-law, who placed order 2000045638 with Flooring Hut and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jack Williams was especially helpful, his communication was prompt, clear, and efficient throughout, even while coordinating delivery of their Luvanto flooring nearly six weeks after the initial order.
Flooring Hut provided the most competitive quote on the market, and the entire process, from order to delivery was smooth and professional. They’re very satisfied with both the service and the product. Highly recommended
