Flooring Hut Anmeldelser

Good customer service and competitive prices, but be aware that if you need to return any Forbo flooring you have to do so at your own cost and it's rather expensive!

Ideal carpet, much cheaper than local shops for the same carpet. Delivery on time, everything perfect. Will definitely buy again from this company

First time buying LVT flooring from this company. Competitively priced and delivered quickly. Will definitely buy again from them.

Happy to recommend Flooring hut, easy to deal with, quick at replying and competitive.

goods turned up no issues other than the flooring itself Polyflor Camaro Loc was not as good as previous flooring in terms of quality.

I have just finished installing Polyflor Camaro Loc Classic Yorkstone in a small utility room and one box was just enough. Flooring Hut had the best price I could find and fast delivery. The product arrived on time and in perfect condition. I am very pleased with the end result.

Great prices, excellent customer service, good communication and quick delivery.

I originally ordered the wrong product and realised after the delivery date was decided. A quick phone call to Flooring Hut and the mistake was rectified immediately and the correct product ordered. Delivery followed a mere 2 days later.

Great communication and the product was spot on very competitive. Thank you

Excellent product, Polyflor Pacific Oak. Efficient ordering system, acknowledgement & delivery within a few days.

I was very impressed with the service, excellent value for money very easy to deal with company, also secure plan logistic are best delivery people I have come across able to track delivery in real time, driver was most helpful.

This company answered the phone, knew about their products and had the best price for the type of flooring I wanted. They also massively helped me out when I needed a small amount of the same flooring at very short notice, took my order quickly and arranged for me to collect from a local distribution centre. At a time when customer service is a dying art and things that are supposed to be easy never are The Flooring Hut stands out as the exception. Thank you!

From sample ordering through to placing the order and receipt of the flooring, everything was very straightforward. I had alerted the sales team to the fact that my home has restricted access and a more suitable delivery vehicle was arranged. Well done Flooring Hut.

Flooring Hut provided the floor I wanted in both a timely manner and at a very competitive price. Their correspondence was good and I was informed about lead times and delivery details all the way. Professional and reliable company.

Jack was great, very accommodating

Good product, good samples, easy ordering and tracked delivery.

There is a saying in life which is " you only get one chance of a first impression "
I had a considerable amount of specialist flooring to install which had to be provided from a dedicated preferred supplier so thought I would give Flooring Hut a try to see if they could support both the product, associated materials and the delivery, All of which they did professionally and efficiently and on the back of my first impression I have used these several times this year and will only use these going forward for all of my flooring requests.

Keep up the good work and thanks again for all our support in 2025

We purchased some Karndean flooring to match our existing flooring.
The flooring was competitively priced.
Delivered as mentioned on the order.

We would use again.
Great service

Very easy to order my samples and quick delivery. I ordered my flooring based on samples and given a date for delivery of order. Very prompt and polite delivery. Flooring very easy to lay (I had used it before).
