It's always a pleasure working with the Flocknote support team. They're prompt, courteous, and can usually solve my problem within minutes.

I absolutely love Flocknote! I consistently tell people Flocknote is amazing - easy to use and incredibly reliable. And when glitches happen (because every form of technology has glitches), y'all are extremely quick to fix it and so easy to work with.

So grateful for quick help! I can send an email and know I'll get a timely answer...not have to remember to have to 'try again'.

The answers I receive are always very succinct and easy to follow.

I LOVE using flocknote! Getting a message out to my Religious Education families has never been easier or faster!!! Creating different groups in the parish and sending out information is so easy with flocknote and a real time-saver!

I have used Flocknote for over a year at two parishes. Importing contacts is easy. Creating groups is easy. Sending notes is easy.

The ability to create good looking messages and embed YouTube videos is very helpful.

Text to join is very helpful. I enjoy watching the numbers of users grow as people on their own text to join. This feature saves the admins from having to constantly add names.

Flocknote comes out with smart features like Sign Ups to add versatility.

Whenever I've had an issue that I needed help with, the Happiness Engineers at Flocknote have been very quick to respond and have taken a personal interest in getting my issue solved.

For the fair price paid, Flocknote is an amazing value for parishes.

As usual I had my problem solved in no time. Karin found the issue on an email not functioning and she resolved it for us. Now the parishioner gets Flocknote messages and is able to be connected with our parish.

Jenilee was very helpful when I had a question the other day. She didn't give up until she answered all of my questions. She was also very polite and pleasant. These days customer service seems to take a back seat - not at Flocknote. You guys are awesome with that. Companies should take lessons from you.

I received an email from Flocknote about new updates and video tutorials, I enjoy these tutorials as they help me pass the knowledge to others in the office and the Catholic school we work alongside. The tutorials are quick and easy to follow and the person presenting the video teaches with enthusiasm that is contagious! Thank you, Flocknote!

We have been using Flocknotes for five years. It was very easy to learn how to use, a very user-friendly tool to reach the parish, school and religious education families in the best of times and worst of times. Our families feel so connected to the parish and it was really evident during this especially difficult time of COVID. We were able to reach our parishioners with minute by minute changes and information about the parish. I would highly recommend the use of Flocknotes to all businesses.

Flocknote never fails to deliver customer service in a responsive and timely manner. I have had questions and issues on occasions. They receive quick attention ... almost like I am their sole customer. Today I, an admin, was locked out of our parish account. Unsure how that happened but a quick note & resetting of my access ... I was set. Awesome

My parish is very grateful for Flocknote. It's fun and easy to use, and it has been a game-changer for us in keeping our parishioners connected and encouraged. So important in these crazy times!

Great customer service and user friendly!!

We love flocknote! It has been a terrific way to keep in touch with our parishioners especially during Covid.
It is easy enough for the entire staff to use. The few times we have encountered problems our happiness engineers have been great about helping us find solutions. For example: I needed to figure out how to change a setting recently and Ann sent me a brief video explaining a work around and making the change was a breeze.

One of our administrators inadvertently opted in to a new service. I emailed asking to have it removed. The support team responded quickly and took care of my request.

Flocknote is a wonderful tool for our parish it helps us communicate effectively and efficiently with our parishioners. I had a problem with one of our parishioners not receiving all the Flocknotes she'd signed up for. The Happiness Engineer got right back to me. She corrected the problem and explained to me how I could correct it myself in the future if the problem arose again. I have only ever had positive experiences with Flocknote and Flocknote help.

I used the Flocknotes "Ask" for help in sending a message to the parishioners who reserved for the 5:00 PM Mass this coming weekend. In a very short time I received an email with a clear easy to follow answer. It was so easy I was embarrassed that I was not able to find it on my own. Our church has found that Flocknote has been reliably helpful. The product has made communicating much more successful and the the adding and upgrading of tools made things much easier.

I thank you for this wonderful program that has made communication with our parishioners during this difficult time so much easier than I could have imagined. I was struggling to send multiple emails out to all of our parishioners through another program and was frustrated by email quotas and lack of customer service. I opened Flocknote from my home during the shutdown determined to try to find a way to reach as many parishioners as possible with a daily message of encouragement from our Pastor. The first words I saw were "easy peesy lemon squeezy". My first reaction was, sure this may be easy for tech people, but certainly not for me. I quickly learned that this program was as advertised. Adding a picture was truly a click of an icon, adding an attachment was simple, changing colors, adding links to our website were well marked and simple to use. I never knew that it was possible to schedule emails to be sent at a later time, that sign ups would be so easy to make and have the program tally the numbers and record the names. Flocknote has truly been a blessing and the customer service techs have always been polite and patient with any questions. Thank you again for using your gifts and talents to create a program that helps busy parish staff to stay in contact with our parishioners during a time when many are feeling isolated.
