I had used Flocknote as a parishioner for several months before I became a super-administrator. As a parishioner, I really liked how easy it was to sign up and be an active part of my church community through electronic communication. Then, as a SA, I am blown away at what Flocknote has to offer in terms of content, scheduling & delivery of emails/texts. Recently, I began a group for the 14-day prayer challenge. My community LOVED it!! Admittedly, I've needed help in transitioning between roles, and let me tell you that the staff at Flocknote has been incredible! They are fast and really, really, kind. I even attended an online meeting and learned soooo much! Because of Flocknote and it's capabilities, we will be ending our subscription with another company soon. Right now, due to Covid restrictions, we can ask our parishioners to sign up for masses using a Flocknote function. I'm telling you, this is THE BEST app available for what we need.

I used to use Constant Contact, so learning Flocknotes wasn't too difficult, but is in some ways harder to find the things I'm immediately looking for when I log on, such as the latest email I sent, and the responses. Or how to easily add, delete, or edit a person's contact information in a group.

I think the most frustrating thing is when I import a group from an excel chart and it doesn't add some of the people to the group because their email or phone # was associated with another person. I import a lot of students who are using their parents' email or phone number, so that is a common experience that adding a new name to Flocknotes (a child or his sibling, for instance) will still be using the same email or phone number. By not adding them to the group, I now have to either delete the phone # from their record, or remember who the students are who it did not accept so I can forward them the email separately.

I do like the ease of creating attractive emails, but sometimes the things above slow the process down to send them to all the right people.

Using Flocknote has been a great experience. The happiness engineers are always quick to respond and have been very knowledgeable and helpful. The program is very intuitive and easy to use. It sends good looking messages and makes it easy to do so. There are a couple of kinks to work out but the engineers are so good about getting things quickly figured out and oftentimes already have an easy workaround.

I recently reached out to Flocknote help and was assisted by Bianca. She resolved my issue super fast! I have always had such a positive experience when I have to contact Flocknote for help. They always respond so quickly and with such respect. I couldn't ask for a better company!

I found the help I received was excellent and very useful for me. The only hiccup was in setting up networks for multiple parishes, the main parish and one mission went without any issue but my second mission setup was stopped. This may be a security matter to prevent abuse of the system.

Flocknote is far-and-away the most user friendly and safest ways to communicate through email and text. It meets compliant requirements and I no longer wonder if a message has reached its destination. Two of the most essential needs are being attained: participation is up and Flocknote has also allowed us to stay connected in this disconnected world right now.

Flocknote has been a great tool to connect with our parishioners. The staff of Flocknote has the technology to bring the church into the 21st century! And they are always there to help with their upbeat personalities & knowledge. They have a wonderful mascot! Love the Finding Uno Show!

Flocknote makes it easy for parish staff and lay ministry volunteers to communicate with the parish. Its platform for writing notes to send to the whole parish or just members of particular ministries is pretty straightforward. If you can write an email, you can send a note. Customizing notes with fonts and graphics is fairly easy, and if someone is not familiar on how to do that, prompts and suggestions make it easy to learn. The Uno feature to see who has opened notes and interacted with content (e.g., clicking on links) is helpful to know how notes are effective in reaching their intended audience.

Flocknote has made a world of difference in how I as a Youth Minister connect with parents & families. Using Flocknote has made my communication more professional, engaging, and effective. And it's a very user-friendly platform! I've found their tutorials to be very helpful as well. Their customer service and one-on-one help with specific questions is top notch! I'm so thankful our parish invested in Flocknote.

I contacted tech support for help with an email address that was labeled a bad email for one of our flock. The tech got back to me in minutes... not days. She checked why the email was labeled bad fixed it. She let me know how to help our lamb with the phone side of the fix! Thank Ewe!! Robyn

Flocknote provides great content and even better support. On the rare occasions when I experienced a technical problem, they have gotten back to me immediately and had the problem solved the same day.

Once again, the Happiness Engineers have lived up to their 5-Star rating. This time was a billing question, and just like the times I have had technical questions, they answered immediately and the issue was straightened out before I could even let our business office know they were working on it. Hands down - best customer service ever!

What a blessing.Liz helped me navigate flock to get started with Flocknote. I was able to add members to different ministries in my parish. Also, to share Bishop Barrons videos and notes.

I have sent in requests for help navigating the system. Response has been instantaneous, simple to understand with kindness and a blessing to top it off.

The Happiness Engineers are quick to answer questions and are very supportive. I've been able to reach out to volunteers at the last minute via text which has helped tremendously to grow communication at the parish.

Your note and text messages are great, but I've been having issues with the call feature to our parishioners who don't have email or cell phones. I informed your group about the issue 4 days or so ago and though the Happiness Engineers were responsive to my emails letting me know they are looking into it, I have yet to hear any updates to the problem. In the mean time, the window of opportunity to inform this group of my pastor's message is gone.

I've sent three messages on behalf of Fr. Jimmy, our pastor, and the second and third sent messages had problems to the call feature. I now wonder if I'm being billed for a feature that may have not worked since the second note was sent. How will I know for sure this call feature works, especially since I haven't received a call to my test number associated with Josephine Paz?

Don't get me wrong, I really like Flocknote and the ability to communicate smoothly with our parishioners through email and text is wonderful. Their Library features are great, too. I only wish their call feature was working well to give them the full star rating.

When I was looking at communication tools for our parish and school, I found there were many great ones out there. Our public school used Constant Contact and it was super. But then I heard Archbishop Dolan, who had just left our Archdiocese, had asked all the parishes in NY to use Flocknote. That was a great recommendation to me. I looked into Flocknote and found that their happiness engineers (yes, that is what their job title is!) were outstanding in customer service. Not only did they quickly answer every question I asked, they helped me upload all our contacts, showed me how to group them, made suggestions for design, tone and effectiveness for our communications and then stuck with me while I became comfortable with all the options like group texting, uploading videos and creating effective surveys and sign ups. They continue to send helpful information to help with our communications and get back to me within hours (or many times just minutes) whenever I have a question. In addition to their customer service, they model and support the positive and faithful attitude we all strive to achieve. Parishioners of all ages like the communication and Flocknote has all the tools necessary for our diverse ministries.

Flocknote is a great tool!

I started using Flocknote for our Parish in 2018. I decided our church needed a digital email newsletter to help notify folks if Mass needed to be changed (for inclement weather, etc..) and really worked to develop a following. Little did I know in 2020 Flocknote would be an invaluable tool for our Parish to use to communicated during the Covid19 shutdown. It's easy and intuitive to create polished communications via email and/or text.

Flocknote is not only a great product that is easy to use, their customer support is fantastic! Love their positive attitude and quick response!
