As a new user of Flocknote, I only use it for basic communication for different groups in our parish. But even with this 'small' task, I absolutely love it as it has made this communication so quick and easy. It is very easy to add new groups and people and communicate with them. Our parish office has had email problems this past year and now using Flocknote I have confidence that emails are received. I recommend Flocknote to others whenever I can!

This is our first year using Flocknote. It is very helpful to keep our parishioners informed, especially during this time of Covid. I have had a few questions using Flocknote and their response was very quick and helpful.

Your service has made it possible to connect with our Flocknote registered parishioners who have been isolated for some time. I applaud the improvements you have made to the menu to facilitate creating announcements for a variety of purposes. The only obstacle I experience is working with the skins you provide to prepare announcements - can be difficult to work with when there is a need to modify them to suit our local requirements. It can also be troublesome when attempting to upload banners from other sources. Otherwise, your service is an outstanding way to connect with parishioners and help reduce the need for paper bulletins and other paper-dependent sources. Thanks for the great job you are doing and look forward to more improvements down the road.

This is a great service, that helps us get announcements and prayer requests out quickly. Thank you for what you do.

I like Flocknotes because it is an easy and effective way to reach my prayer group, find out what is going on in the Church and when schedules change due to weather and other unforeseen issues.

Flocknote is straightforward and easy to use, and I appreciate seeing how many people actually read and interact with the texts and emails that I send out!

Flocknote allows us to reach our parishioners weekly, daily, and each weekend with the latest and greatest news from our parish. We send daily inspirations, a mid week update, and weekend recorded Masses. The feedback from parishioners is very positive. They are able to select which emails they receive and which they want to opt out of. During covid flocknote has been a saving grace for us to reach everyone. Flocknote "happiness engineers" are always helpful when a problem arises.

Just recently adopted Flocknote and it appears to be a very strong communication tool. It has been well received by our church members and gives us ample tools to communicate with different groups easily.

Flocknotes is great. It has truly helped our church in getting out the word on certain announcements, prayer requests, newsletter, and much more. I would highly recommend flocknotes to any business or church.

One note is there a more affordable way to utilize Super text ????

Flocknote is so easy to use and looks fun and creative to readers! I use it all the time to advertise our events to our Young Adult Ministry! The staff at Flocknote is also super helpful. Anytime I have a question, they are easy to get ahold of and more than willing to help troubleshoot any problems. Thanks!

This has been a great way to communicate to our parishioners as a whole and to each individual or group. We do have an older parish, so it has been difficult to get our older parishioners on board. Some have and some we have made special adjustments for. There has been a few glitches on the way, with some parishioners being asked for a password.

Getting Flocknote up and running was so simple. Our Parish signed up primarily to deliver Word On Fire Engage content, but we can see the many other advantages in this communication tool. The support from the team is second to none (thanks all Happiness Engineers) and it is simple for parishioners to get going too. Michael, Lucan Ireland.

Flocknote service was amazing. Staff was quick to respond and thorough, answered all questions and provided a customized tutorial to address, not just a link to a help article. Personalized message was a part of the video. Thanks!

I used the online chat to ask a couple of questions about the 'sign up' feature (viewing and printing). My questions were answered clearly and quickly.

I had a problem getting texts on my phone from our Bishop who has a year long Bible reading program for our Diocese. Flocknote helped me within a short period of time trying to fix my problem. After several emails back and forth, with their courteous replies and blessings, they solved my problem. It was with my phone carrier so I asked them to email the posts to me instead, which they did. It was important to me to be a part of the Bible reading program because it increased my interest in reading scripture every day. Flocknote is a very good resource company that I would recommend to parishes that want to get their parishioners involved in spiritual programs.

I just switched from Windows to an iMac and could not find the icon for FlockNote (which before the pandemic I used weekly to communicate with one ministry team). I asked for help in finding the site and heard back in less than 5 minutes, which was awesome, and was able to get a timely message out. Thanks, FlockNote Help Team!

We have had some issues with our credit card company and our payment wasn't able to process. I contacted support and Karen replied VERY quickly and took care of things on their end so that our Flocknote service isn't interrupted because of this. Thank you!

I started using Flocknote when the pandemic struck in order to allow for us to continue our daily Mass at the Archdiocesan Curia offices. It is an excellent platform. I find it easy to navigate on the back end and the team is extremely helpful with any issues. I had a few members have issues with signing up or logging in and Flocknote had us all set with same-day service. I would highly recommend. I am still learning all the great tools available, but there are so many to utilize!
