I like the idea of having one space for communication. Flocknote has some wonderful features. It may take some who have a little less computer, technological skills a while longer and great patience to figure some things out. The choice of using text or email and even both for notes is a plus.

I began using Flocknote to communicate with the members of my ministry. After a time, I stopped receiving reply messages from my group and from other groups to which I belong. I contacted Flocknote and resolved the issue by using a different email account. This worked for a short time, however my group members began to have problems connecting to their own accounts and could not receive my messages. After several statements to correct the individual problems, I resumed using my regular email to communicate with ministry members.

Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks. (not That old) I will admit I started out dreading learning - but became dependent on flocknote. It is versatile; adaptable; and necessary to cover our Parishioners' and Parish needs. Our Web Master, Jenene Peterson, makes it entertaining and educational. (She is Brilliant!) I open flocknote first!

I find it very helpful in reaching out to my parishioners especially during this unprecedented time. It is my hope our ministry leaders will be able to make use of it as another communication tool. I also hope Flocknote will provide us with more fonts to use and the ability to resize them not with much restriction.

I had never used the library resource before but the email about the 9 Days for Life templates peaked my interest as I am the Respect Life Ministry Leader at my parish. Loved the pre-made template I could edit and schedule to send. The first one went out this morning :-) Thank you Flocknote!

I absolutely love Flocknote! I schedule little reminders that need to happen every month and whenever something new comes up I can write up and send a text within minutes rather than taking 10+minutes just to make sure I have everyone included in the text recipient box!! Super grateful for this application!

I sent a Flocknote text (we find those garner the most response) to a group of 140 people. It said on the top bar that 128 were sent.
I understand the reasoning for this, that perhaps we have bad numbers for them or what have you.
I was wondering if there could ever be a feature where we could see the ones who the message was not sent to (for whatever reason) so I could track and update bad contact information. Otherwise I would have to sift through all the contacts and look to see who it was sent to and who didn't receive it in their "latest" section under their name.
Just a thought.

Flocknote has been a blessing to me communication with our church ministries . We use it quite frequently when we have cancel meetings, classes, or events. Its a great way of getting responses without having to many numerous class.

Flocknote makes it super easy to reach all my knitting and crochet ladies at once...I can even check to see how many actually read the email..! It’s great to just check in or let them know what we are in need of since we can’t meet face to face just yet.

Wonderful way to communicate with a large group quickly. Capable of designing an attractive message. Can save drafts. Can schedule for delivery. Can send to one person/persons or whole groups.

Okay, so I made a bonehead move and uploaded a giant list of names that I really did not want in our account. Yikes. I was not sure how I was going to fix the problem, other than going through them one by one and hitting delete.
I sent an email to Flocknote and then received an incredible response from Bianca! It was not just a list of instructions on how to solve the problem, she sent a personalized video walking me through the process.
I watched the video...followed the steps and about 1 minute later I was totally done.
Problem solved.
My day was not wasted, my frustration was avoided and a huge fan was renewed!
After 10+ years with a major marketing company (blah..blah..blah..Contact), I have found the perfect fit for our ministry.
PS - I have zero personal contact with Flocknote or their staff, I don't even know where they are located...but I can promise you want to give them a try. You will be pleasantly surprised...and you'll save some money.

It is a pretty simple, easy, and intuitive tool that is very helpful for passing information on!

Flocknote is more than just a great online platform. It's a supportive community. I never ceased to be impressed by the way the Flocknote team see their work as a ministry rather than a business. Can't recommend Flocknote more highly. :)

Flocknote has been a real God-send in these most difficult of times. It has brought together, in many positive ways, our Parish Community, even to the point of restoring people's faith. Many of those, currently unable to attend Mass, have felt included through watching the recorded Masses and the excellent Word on Fire teaching resources. It is so easy to access and navigate without the need for Log-ins and passwords. God bless you all.

Flocknote exceeds my expectations every day! Whenever I have a question, whether I contact them through the live chat or through e-mail, their responses are quick and helpful. I am grateful to have such an easy tool to use to make ministry easier - thank you!!

Flocknote is easy to use and reach many people in our parish. Our biggest obstacle is getting our parishioners to use it.

I do greatly enjoy the security of parishioner information, but I would like to see the app more user friendly. Not having the ability to use the back button on a phone and always needing to find the x close button is a bit tedious. I also wish that there is an option to create a group within the app. Oh, and if there was an option so that all replies to the text messages that are of the main thread (replied for everyone in the group and not direct reply to one person in the group) could be forwarded so all members got additional texts with the replies, that would also be great. Makes it a lot easier for those who might not be on internet but don't have time to go to a browser/computer. We love the Word on Fire Engage videos and how easy it is to send them to our parishioners.

Flocknote is the best mass email/SMS app I've used. Templates and an intuitive interface make it extremely usable with very little training. Formatting options make it extremely customizable. The staff are friendly and actually take action on suggestions. I use it to send something out every weekday and I highly recommend it as a great communication tool.

The website is fairly straightforward and easy to use. The online tutorial videos are helpful as well
