Hello,
We sincerely apologize for the lack of timely communication and for the delay with your order. We had a temporary stock issue and, admittedly, I didn’t follow up in time as I should have. Once we connected by email, we worked out a solution, issued a full refund, and provided compensation to make up for the inconvenience.
We know mistakes happen, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in this case. Thank you for giving us the chance to make it right, and we’d be glad to help you anytime in the future!
