Absolutely hopeless for seasonal business as it can only predict income based on the previous 3 months or manual guessing. You would think they would have a simple system that can input data based on the same day the previous year with the ability to add a percentage for increase/decrease. Software is pretty hopeless, could be a very easy fix but they're not interested in their customers. I asked for this via chat but it's not possible so won't continue my trial.

This is a must for every business owner for 2 reasons.
1. Understanding what cash you need to keep your business afloat (pun intended)
2. Finding out what you need to push your business even further and actually see it in front of you (in easy to understand charts)

You have to work with it, but that's a good thing. The more you put in, the more you get out of this tool

I tried a bunch of cash flow apps and it was immediatley clear that this is the one, head and shoulders. It just pulled all the right data, minimal setup - up and running in moments. Although there’s surely stuff to learn, with no effort I already had the first few months broadly forecast in 10 minutes, now that’s pod racing !!

Wish i had had this years ago. It makes day to day forecasting so straightforward. Yes, you can spend weeks building your own models in spreadsheets, but with Float you don’t have to, and neither do you have the doubt that there is a ‘nit’ in the calculation. I trust this product with two businesses i run now. A time / life saver.

It's a great tool, and it makes 'hypothetical' scenario planning super easy. Looking forward to the VAT/no-VAT toggle ;)

Useful for forecasting but changing your monthly budget can be a pain if you have variable outgoings - definitely more suited for organisations with regular cashflow.

Float has been a really straight forward tool, and gives an easy to understand visual at the click of a button. Synching with xero, means cash flow forecast auto updates, saving time (and money). It's always up to date, no need to manually update spreadsheets.
And allows us to make decisions faster and with confidence.

Float Cash Flow Forecasting app has been amazing for us as it truly allows us to visualise and plan our cashflow. As it connects directly to Xero, pulling in invoices and bills (either approved or draft), it gives you full insight into all potential revenue. We've only discovered it recently, but in a month it's become integral to our business. I'd highly recommend it.

Float is a great app for managing your cashflow. Quick to get started and easy to understand, this is a very well thought out addition to your financial toolset.

Support is available via Chat in the app, so no need to wait forwever for an email reply.

We now use this product across multiple associations. It was easy to set up and easy to integrate into Xero.

Really great product. Was doing everything in Excel previously and this replaced it perfectly. I can see cash flow projections now for the next 3 years and feel confident it's correct. I can also create scenarios to budget for the 'what-ifs'. It links directly to Xero as well saving me easily a whole day every month. Thanks.

I'm finding Float very intuitive to use and the charts communicate a powerful story to our board. Definitely worth a look.

Way better than a spreadsheet - real data and really easy to use!

We have really enjoyed our transition to Float. Prior to using Float, we manually tracked cash in an Excel spreadsheet. The process was repetitive, cumbersome, and time consuming. Float interacts seamlessly with QuickBooks Online, making data entry and reconciling actuals super easy. Our only wish is that Float had a function for handling vendor credits. We typically pay invoices and apply vendor credits month by month, so it would be nice to be able to do the same in Float.

Haven't been using Float for long, but love the way it works with Xero. The ability to track funds as they are coming in makes forecasting such much easier. Great app, will continue to keep exploring.

Float is by far the best cash-flow app on the market. It's very intuitive to get started with and puts you in complete control of your cash planning. No accountancy background needed and an absolute must-have for any small business owner.

Fantastic tool for giving me confidence in managing and forward planning in my business. Particularly helpful is the ability to create various scenarios for future work.

This service was purchased by an ex employee prior to leaving the company, never used and cancelled once identified, full payments taken by Float and when raised with Floats JG told she's sorry we missed the reminder and closed the complaint. Be very aware of this company's ethics. So disappointing.

Ive removed an individuals name and replaced i with initials and apologise for using it to both JG and Trustpilot.

Plugs into our accounts software. Lets us forecast right into the future, and allows us to plan scenarios which have helped us grow. I'd still be using Google Sheets like a chump, taking half a day to do the cash flow every Monday, if it wasn't for Float!

We love using Float. It connects seamlessly to Quickbooks Online. Before Float, we were using numerous, error-prone spreadsheets. Now, everything is in one place. Easy to use, setup, and manage. Thanks, Float!
