I had a flexible ticket and l had to change my flight ,l got charged 178dollars extra and my flight has now cost nearly 700,l lost my seat which l paid for extra.l checked the cost of the flight lm on on the 19th and it's round 500 still.This is appalling.lf l don't get some satisfaction today or before my flight l will never use travel app again and l will make it known on Facebook.

Speedy response, patience in helpng me make complex flight changes and acurate coomunication both verbally and via email. Very helpful and caopable staff who wer all courteous and friendly.

I made a silly error and I was rather stressed but I was put quickly at ease with a calm and positive gentleman on the phone.

I called to reschedule my flight that transited through Fiji from Brisbane to Samoa. Monica who responded to my call was generously so kind upon speaking with me on the phone. As well as tending to aid my needs that I requested for. It was a very quick and thorough experience that was quite easy to follow through. Monica has an amazing customer service in how she dealt with me through her tone as well as methods of approached use. I for one am one satisfied customer right here!

CALM, PATIENTE AND HELPFUL

Zohaib was very helpful in solving an issue i had because of an incorrect date i had selected for a flight.

Your customer service representative Arun (or Anuj) provided us with the incorrect information about our seating plan and booked us non adjoining seats.
We cross referenced this with the information directly on the flight website, to confirm that information provided was wrong.
We then called again to try rectify this, got another customer service representative, who was unhelpful and not able to troubleshoot the issue as the 'booking was already made'. But was not able to tell us how to proceed with modifications and when we would be able to do this.

We specifically asked to be escalated to their supervisor - was told they were not available and not sure when they'll be available.

Poor service overall. Disappointing.

A very friendly and helpful individual who assisted us to the best of his ability and went beyond their way to help my mom and me rebook our tickets. I do not remember his name, unfortunately, but thank you for all your help.
