Flightcase Warehouse is an amazing company with extremely helpful staff. Their cases are second to none. I’ve had cases of them a few times now, some being from the shop floor so to speak and some being custom built to my own spec. My two recent cases were to house 3x Sennheiser e906 microphones with clips and 2x Sennheiser Antenna’s for my wireless system and the second case was to store my 3x dummy Vox AC30 cabinets instead of having them in separate cases.

A bit more damage to flight case than mentioned and only one wheel lock working as parts missing from the other one so reasonably happy with purchase

high quality custom made flightcases, its nice to be able to have a case made in a different colour to black and also to be a perfect fit for the item that its protecting, a bit more expensive than some but worth it.

Brilliant service from this company, needed ten 12U custom flight cases for a project with a deadline and the worked hard to meet the deadline I needed the cases for and succeeded.always a pleasant experience when chatting on the phone about the order and any changes I needed they were happy to help, if you need a flight case this is the place to go!

The case is fine.
The delivery was abysmal

The flightcases, once they arrived were fine. Unfortunately the sales director, Jason Furneaux dealing with our order either didn't care about our order or is exceedingly overworked. He took quite a while to respond to our enquiries and when he did his responses we're brief to the point of being perfunctory. When asked for clarification on some details his response was again short to the point of rudeness and actually didn't answer the question. In the end I chose to have the custom elements of the order re-quoted and produced by a different company despite the delay this caused. There was then a delay a several weeks on the generic elements of the order which we did go ahead with. This is understandable in the world we currently operate in but to not be informed that they weren't in stock until after we had ordered them was a little underhand I feel.

The purchase of the product was a very pleasant and smooth process.
