Custom Flightcaee - Beat my expectations
I had a custom made flightcase made to transport my 4ft LOVE letters around and this case is perfect! I gave the team a dodgy drawing with some measurements late at night and it was returned as a PDF mock up the next morning. Sam's customer service was fantastic through out and even when I asked for a very last minute alteration, it was completed without issue and even delivered on a Saturday to help me out even more! 5* isn't enough of a rating. I'll be back with a new dodgy drawing. :)

Design
Fast delivery.
Was a little disappointed with the design of the Spider case.
The carry handles are on both sides of the case which means there is "hardware" on all four edges of the case, so it doesnt sit level when loaded or just set down on a short edge. Its only level when sitting on its feet, which is not a conveniant "plane" for loading in the van (Also the feet get in the way for this). However, one handle removed and feet removed and its fine !!

I needed a custom flightcase for an ARP Pro-Soloist
I needed a custom flightcase for an early 70s analog synthesiser. It wasn’t one Flightcase Warehouse had a template for, so I took measurements myself and sent them off. A few weeks later I received the case, and I’m delighted - it’s perfect. I’ve used FW several times in the past and I’m always very happy with the service and the product.

Case delivered on time and great service
Sam was very communicative and made the process easy. I needed the case for a deadline and they managed to deliver it well in advance, and it performed very well protecting my antique instrument on the plane.
