I had very below average experience of FlexxiLease. There’s a few basics that you expect when you lease a car. Firstly for it to be clean and secondly for it to be safe to drive. These basics didn’t apply to my lease. The relatively new car was okay - what I expected however, when the driver turned up he apologised the car hadn’t been valeted only the exterior had been cleaned. One would expect that during a pandemic your car would be very carefully cleaned. This meant I paid a hundred pounds for the car to be throughly cleaned before I could drive it. But the worse was to come. When driving the car the steering didn’t feel quite right. There was no car manual to consult so I made a call to the RAC who carefully inspected the car and found the tyre pressure to be dangerously low. So my advice is make sure they clean and service/check your car before collection.

An amazing experience leasing my car through these guys. REALLY professional in all ways and I never felt under pressure at any stage. All the paperwork was fully explained and it was a super fast process to take delivery of my new Mustang Convertible. Loving life in the sun with it!

I am unfortunately in a position to write this review as despite various promises I have still not received my deposit back. This started well however the Ford Ranger they supplied broke down repeatedly and in the end we agreed to to terminate the lease as they couldn't repair it in a reasonable time. Turns out they were just the broker for the supply and not the funder themselves.

The vehicle was undriveable and at all times I paid the lease, and they slowly attempted to organise the repair, however this is not helped by the fact the car they supplied was sold on a deal from Ford where recovery and warranty wasn't included despite assurances to the contrary.

FlexxiLease have not responded to requests for the deposit or a refund of payments for a car I couldn't use. They also brought it back with the same fault on the fist repair attempt. Having agreed to terminate and I bought a new car they then left me to store the vehicle for about a month.

All in all, not a good experience they only reacted when chased.

I don’t normally write reviews but I thought I owed it to the guys at Flexxilease for the fantastic service I received during my 4 month lease of a Nissan Leaf. From returning emails quickly, the friendliness and helpfulness of their staff to the texts from their driver updating me on their progress. They are a wonderful company and will recommend them whole heartedly to anyone who asks. Thanks again for all your assistance and I wish you all the best for the future.

I have had a number of both long and short term lease vehicles from Flexxilease. I found them to be really good value, always delivered on time and the vehicles were high quality. Couldn't fault the service or the value.

I have had 2 cars from these guys for the last 6 years and have never had any problems what so ever. They are always super helpful, get great deals and the service is seamless. I would never get a car from anywhere else.

Unfortunately a lease went a little wrong, I had a high tolerance for the gaps and problems, but the communications during the process was very disappointing. If only they once pick-up the phone or followed through on actually correcting. I have little confidence on the ability to deliver to their commitments.

Absolutely useless company. I messaged a sales rep who couldnt be bothered to help me with my application, even when I persisted and sent all the required info for the credit check, they ignored it. I had to follow up and ask when it was going to be done, only to find out they didnt even bother to open the files I sent them. After all that nonsense they didnt even approve me. Useless company and employees, stay away. You've been warned
