The course highly recommendable

The course highly recommendable, a recently completed child exploitation training program, it is informative and well-structured content. The course provided a comprehensive understanding of child exploitation, emphasizing prevention and intervention. Trainers were knowledgeable and engaging, using real-life case studies to illustrate the complexities of the issue. Practical tools and resources were shared for application in work and community settings. The training emphasized awareness, proactive approaches, and collaboration to create a safer environment for children. Overall, the experience was empowering, leaving me feeling better equipped to recognize and address signs of exploitation, and they encourage others involved with children or child welfare to participate in the training.

Left numerous messages via reception

Left numerous messages via reception, emailed, searched for management contact information via internet. Poor customer service experience. Response to me via email 2 x “tickets with reference numbers”. There is no complaints system in place. Apart from speaking to whomever answers the phone and then forwards the initial enquiry to “whomever”, unable to speak to anyone else within the company. Don’t know what to do? Ombudsman?
