I had a very great experience while being tutored. The class was very engaging and the facilitator gave the opportunity to do some practical tasks which really helped me discover my areas of weakness, and noted for possible future improvement. I'm definitely not the same person as I was before I started the course.

The training was very informative and educative.
Trainer was grounded with pace and articulation.

an organisation which professes to be proffessional and when you call, no one wants to speak to you other than a message that someone is aware and will call you. Doesn't happen. And email.. and you get a support ticket and I ask for what? Because no one wants to deal with it!

PAID FOR A COURSE IN FULL, BOOKED TRAIN TICKETS TO ATTEND THE COURSE. THEY RANG ME THE NIGHT BEFORE THE COURSE WAS DUE TO START AND CANCELLED IT. I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM SINCE AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS AND EMAILS

Flexebee are a good online training company which we used for our 5 members of staff. We have been with them for 18 months. Unfortunately we are closing our doors. Gave 3 months notice but they have a policy that you have to pay for the full year regardless. Not told this at the beginning and would not recommend unless you want to be tied in for that long a period.

Terrible support services, do not answer when you call with your main number, call on witheld they answer and advise an urgent call back will be scheduled over 24 hours still waiting for call back rude reception hung up the line when asking to define timelines in “urgent call backs”

This is the worst training company available. The comnunication with the team once you have actually booked in your course is non existent and if you even try to get through to someone or call customer support, you will just get through to a prerecorded voicemail. DO NOT USE THEM.

The way Matt the trainer presented the course for Train the trainer in Moving & Positioning was fantastic.
Information was all that we needed and more, it was delivered very well throughout the two days.
Matt made everyone feel relaxed straight from the start and we knew what we would be learning and how this was going to be taught over the two days.

Facilitator was enganging and the whole training was fun and very informative

Today, I have received a Train the Trainer Course from Rosie Cawthorne. Rosie is a true professional, has great knowledge and a relaxed teaching style in which she conveyed a large amount of information, but at no point did it feel rushed. I last formally taught 30 yrs ago on a classroom basis, more recently on a 1 to 1 basis, so this was a great opportunity to refresh my skills. I would thoroughly recommend Rosie to anyone.
