I got duped by this website
I got duped by this website into signing up and taking out Vodafone broadband with a promise of a £40 gift card.
The gift card was open to new and existing users.
I duly renewed my existing broadband by using the link they provided. First I double checked I allowed cookies third party cookies and no ad blockers(I know the script by now).
Good to go I made the purchase, but no sign of it being tracked.
Waited a few days and nothing.
Contacted VC customer service and no response for 2 weeks.
I was asked for more info and evidence of the purchase and they would pursue.
Supplied the requested info and have heard nothing since.
Even after multiple emails. I'm guessing that's the end of it, not interested.
Other cash back sites like Quidco respond in days and once you provide evidence they quickly add the tracking manually.
I'd advise to use alternate cashback sites. They make it sound good but the guarantee means nothing.
On top of the above I now get spammed daily with multiple emails.
EDIT: In response to the reply from VC.
The email you mentioned I did reply to several times, but got no acknowledgement from then on.
