The house has mold everywhere, and when we mentioned that, the cleaning Lady replied to put some nice smelling stuff into the drawers to overlay the bad mold smell.

The kitchen is not isolated well with the electrics and you get electrical shocks when touching some stuff.

Heaters don't work and electricity fails.

The landlord said they cannot rent that house in winter yet they rented it to us ...

When we asked for Money Back because of all this, the landlord replied that "she won't be threatened by us and now will end the conversation."

Wow. So when someone complains about the house and asks Money Back for compensation because we needed to shower with cold water and stuff like that, the landlord declares that a threat and stops communication.

If I could put less than 1 Star, I would do that.

Quitting communication and saying "you threatened me by wanting Money Back" is auch a shitty move, I would love to rate Minus 1000 Stars If possible.

Always great, when your landlord writes you they stop communicating with you about the problems you experienced because telling them about the problems and wanting Money Back is "a threat".

Absolutely loved my stay at this apartment in Prague. The location was superb, just a couple of minutes’ walk from the underground station with great connections to the rest of the city, so getting around was effortless. The views from the flat were genuinely breathtaking, and the space itself was spotless and well maintained. The washer and dryer worked perfectly, the bed was very comfortable, and the apartment was completely quiet at night which was ideal for a good night’s sleep. Hot water was always available in the shower which was great after long days exploring. Overall, it is a high quality apartment with everything you need and a welcoming, attentive host, and I would happily stay here again.

The best part about Faltio is that we were able to find a flat for 2 of Us for only 25 — much better value than many other platforms. Normally, there are only 8bed dormitory rooms for that price. The only downside is that the booking process is a bit more complex because it involves a full rental contract, unlike simpler sites like Booking.com. Still, it’s worth it if you’re looking for affordable long-term stays and don’t mind a bit of extra paperwork.

Having booked through a few of the major online booking services, I have no hesitation in rating Flatio No. 1! They are efficient, responsive and project a caring attitude towards their customers.

I really like how professional, transparent, and easy to use the platform is. The communication and support are quick and helpful, and I appreciate how smoothly the booking and payment processes work. For a relatively young company, Flatio feels very reliable and well-organized, it gives confidence to both hosts and tenants. Overall, I’m very satisfied. If I could suggest something, it would be to increase listing visibility and allow a bit more flexibility in communication between hosts and tenants before booking. Small UX improvements to manage listings on the go would also make the experience even better.

I encountered a complicated booking situation where I was redirected off-platform during the booking process and later discovered my reservation was rejected. I had a problem with a landlord who did not refund me the cancellation of stay. Flatio customer support did its job but I am totally surprised for the fact that the landlord is keep posting his houses in the spotlight of Flatio. It is like I bring business and I can bully your customers because you depend on me. That is dictatorship and Flatio is the weak part. Very disgusting
