First time user and this printer is awesome! My kids couldn't be happier! I just got sick of purchasing 3d printed items so I ordered the AD5X and started printing my own. Easy to set up and use.

Excellent, quick service. Contacted customer service to see if I could get my printer shipped sooner and they were happy to do it. It arrived a couple of days after I asked them.

I recently purchased two Flashforge 5M 3D printers for my business, and I couldn't be happier with the decision. Assembly was incredibly easy, and I was up and printing in no time. The print quality is absolutely stunning—comparable to machines that cost two to three times as much!

What really sets Flashforge apart is their exceptional after-sales service. I encountered an issue with the touchscreen on one of the printers. I emailed their support team and received a reply within an hour. After explaining the problem, a replacement screen was dispatched the very next day via DHL—not regular post! I had the part in hand within four days.

This kind of responsive and professional support is rare these days. It's what transforms a good company into a great one.

What? A free upgrade? When does that ever happen? This is completely against my experience with other 3D printer manufacturers. I'm lucky if they answer my emails, let alone do it within a couple of hours with a free upgrade. Flashforge came out with a new hotend for the AD5X 2nd run machines. I have one of the original release machines. My hotend had a tendency to clog, but this new hotend is supposed to help with those issues.

I have been a long time customer and always the products are sent in perfect condition. Shipment is clear and quickly handled. Support is also available and quickly.

Machines are easy to use and customer service is helpful and prompt.

Bought an A5M Pro, returned 5 days later. Awful. Prints stopping mid flow. Confusing and longwinded process to change filament. Extruder gears blocked several times requiring lengthy disassemble. Poor / non existent instructions. Remote camera never connects. I could go on. Eventually it decided to smash the bed up into the extruder assembly and snap the nozzle. Do not buy from these clowns.

Flashforge has really stepped up there game in customer service. Sent me new parts very quickly, at no charge not even shipping.

Flashforge service does an incredible job of getting back to you quickly. I sent them an email and had a reply in under an hour…that’s really rare in this day and age! I rarely have problems with Flashforge equipment, but when I do they really work to resolve, and again are SO fast…really appreciate that!
