Products are amazing quality, so well made and individual, the scents are not over powering, but you can smell them all over the house. Packaging is divine and the service is impeccable. My order got delayed in the post but Ryan kept me in the loop whenever I asked and when the products arrived they were worth the wait! Appear bigger in real life than in photos which is exactly what I wanted

As a self confessed candle snob I bought these candles for their quirky looks, rather than expecting to be too impressed by the scents given they are not all that expensive. But they are stronger and more sophisticated than I anticipated, and they look so cool and unique. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Cool candles and lovely people. I ordered some candles for my friend's birthday but I forgot to change the delivery address from my own to hers, and I also made a spelling mistake on the hand written note. I emailed them and they changed the address and the note with absolutely no bother. My friend said they're best smelling candles she's ever had!

Had high hopes for the candles that I ordered, and whilst they look okay from far away, they appear to be quite low quality. The marble candles are cracked and I can see from the bottom that there were air pockets in the mould as there are full chunks missing inside and holes. They also stain your hands as the marble pattern seems to be dipped rather than from the wax itself. The colours are a lot more neon than the photos, especially the orange, I expected it to be a little more soft but it’s a darker zingy neon orange. The wick on one of the marble candles is also mucky and slightly damaged, and the overall texture is bumpy and dusty. The surface is quite uneven on the candy glass candle too and is also slightly different in colour to the photo. Overall they are fun candles but the quality is not what I’d expected for the price point.

I ordered the Calypso Marble candle and it looks absolutely beautiful in my living room.

It arrived within 3 days after ordering and I have used it every evening since.

I will definitely be recommending Flamingocandles to my friends and family and I look forward to buying many more candles from them in the future.

Used to be a good company back in 2016 now customer service is just awful. What a shame

Do not order! I ordered a candle for my mothers birthday and it hasn’t arrived for a few days so I emailed asking but no reply. Bear in mind, I have paid in full for this! I went on the website to see if I found track my parcel, and all it says is order unfulfilled. I have since emailed again requesting a refund but still no reply!! I just want my money back :(

Amazing business to deal with! Products are so unique, and delivered in time for Christmas despite me ordering at the last minute; and when many other businesses had stopped accepting orders delivered in time for Christmas.

poor quality candle choose a black&gold marble candle what i got delivered was a grey touching white candle there final inspection team must be colour blind!!! if i cld post a picture i wld i certainly won't be buy from them again!!

I ordered all of the autumn/winter/Xmas scented wax melts recently and felt that I had to leave a review. They’re honestly some of the best wax melts I’ve ever tried. Each one has lasted at least 4 nights (I burn the whole melt with 4 hour tea lights) - some have lasted even longer. No other melts have lasted this long. The scents are gorgeous and exactly as described. Delivery is a little slow but they’re well worth the wait :-)
