Just opened my order the candle arrived smashed!

Products are really good quality. The candles I bought all smell amazing, the desk plates are great quality and funny, the key rings are really cute as well. Lovely buying from a small supplier and being able to support a small British business. Great customer service and comms, and getting a thank you email for placing an order is a lovely personal touch. Would highly recommend and will definitely buy from Flamingo Candles again.

I placed an order yesterday but didn’t even have it receipted! I spent around £30 on a few unique keyrings. There seems to be no customer service number either. Not impressed thus far.

Great little item. Excellent service really really pleased with this order.

Ordered a mother of cats key ring for my girlfriend. I left a note to be added and this was beautifully hand written on card in a lovely gift box what a really nice touch for such a simple but beautify this was an excellent touch... I have placed a second d order for my mum similar key chain and cant wait for her to get her special note.

The products are okay but the writing has already started wearing away on my key rings. My main issue though is the customer service, they were so passive aggressive, rude and unhelpful. I understand Royal Mail strikes are not in there control but the very least they could do is communicate realistic delivery time frames and when my order was very late and they neglected to send out my tracking info they really could have refunded my postage fee or at least apologised in a sincere manor. All I got was We’re sorry you don’t seem this acceptable, most of our customers have been very supportive and understanding. Just rude and passive aggressive. They say they’re a small business but this is the owners third company after 2 liquidated ones and they have a second company and that’s not something small businesses though so I think something doesn’t add up.

Edit: my apologies, the companies were dissolved not liquidated.

Not impressed with product cheap plastic thing and I thought the message would be on the key fob, 1st class delivery took 8 days.

Unfortunately I placed my order just before postal strikes took place. Ryan's customer service, proactivity and speedy response about my order/delivery was excellent, resolved quickly and attentively. The products are wonderful and reasonably priced; just right as little gifts for my friends.

Ordered a keyring as a gift and it came pretty quickly. The handwritten note is cracking too, beautiful writing. Would happily recommend and will be ordering from them again.

No communication, no update , said would deliver in a few days my item had not arrived and it has been over three weeks. Communication from seller is disgraceful and cannot even find contact details when I wanted to be in touch.

I made an order for a secret Santa gift during the Royal Mail strikes. I was so surprised by the amount of care and attention shown to me by Flamingo over such a low priced item. When the order arrived, it was everything I wanted. First class all round!
