I have been purchasing Flabelus since I visited Spain this last time I purchased two pairs however either I or you made a mistake I wear a 39 one of the shoe came in as a 42 is too big for me and I don’t know what to fo

I ordered shoes for Christmas gifts on 30 November, plenty of time for them to arrive but i am sitting here on 23 Dec, with no gifts for my daughters. Extremely disappointed and very cross.

I’ve received a few emails now asking me to review the shoes, but I can’t because it’s been 3 weeks since I ordered them and they’ve still not arrived. I’ve been advised by customer service that they will arrive before Christmas, but I’d rather just have a refund at this point.

I discovered Flabelus while in Madrid. I bought 2 pairs but one hadn’t arrived from the other store and I was leaving the next day. They made it happen!
During the sale, I ordered 2 more pairs and they arrived in a timely fashion with all the tracking information.
You’re growing and prospering and I’m glad to see you having greater presence in the USA!

I love the product, and after ordering it shipped out quickly. My only issue is that the return process is not as seamless / easy as some other retailers. I had to exchange one pair as I ordered the wrong color and the process took quite a long time and I think maybe was forgotten about until I reached out to see what the status was and why it was taking so long. I am also concerned as I purchased many of these as holiday gifts that if the recipients want to exchange for a different size / color, they are going to have a hard time doing so since I ordered these on the early side of the holidays to ensure I had them all by Christmas, and it will be outside of the return window. But all in all, my experience has been good and the shoes are fabulous! Hopefully if anyone needs to exchange for different size or color, they will be able to do so, despite being outside the return window/ exchange window since they were holiday gifts.

Los zapatos me encantan pero las tallas son desiguales. Tenia otros anteriores de la 36 y los nuevos que compre de la 36 eran más pequeños. Los tuve que cambiar y no tenian el mismo color en 37 me ofrecieron otro color y me cobraron 10 euros porque aunque era el mismo modelo no era el mismo color. No era mi culpa que la talla no fuese la correcta ni que no tuvieran el color. Me parece absurdo que te cobren por algo que yo no puedo evitar ni controlar.

Amazing shoes. Great customer service, very responsive. The only negative is the shipping that takes long for the UK deliveries.But when you receive these amazing shoes … you forget about the waiting because it’s worth.

Fast delivery. Beautiful shoes handmade and environmentally friendly. I just wish the sizes were consistent across all models.

Shoes are great. Much more comfortable than Venetian Friulane. Sizes are a bit tricky. I wouldn’t order them to Switzerland anymore. Postage is crazy expensive and there is an additional customs bill to be paid.

I love the products but the return policy is a little complicated. Sales items can’t be refunded, we have to pay for postage, the website is not so good and it’s easier to buy your products from another retailer.

Love the shoes. They are so comfortable and I can walk in those for whole day. Price and quality are matching. Shipping has also been fast and reliable.

I love your shoes, have at least 12 pairs.

Se equivocaron de talla y color, pero en seguida me mandaron otras. Tardaron un poco en llevarse las otras pero bien, no me cobraron más ni nada.

Tengo 7 pares de flabelus, y todos me quedan perfectos excepto en este último pedido que compré los “Matilda Petrol” y corren significativamente más pequeños, de largo y ancho. El tener elástico y no hebilla ajustable como el resto ha sido imposible ponérmelos.

En la tienda de Cartagena tiene muchas referencias a diferencia de otras multimarcas, me encantó la atención y la tienda es divina, volvería 100% 😍

I first purchased these shoes while visiting Paris this summer. I have since purchased additional pairs from this website for myself and my daughters. They ship extremely quickly and they’re in my hands within days. I will be purchasing more as these shoes are absolutely beautiful.
