I'm a fan of Flabelus! I now own three pairs of Flabelus mary janes. They are darling, comfortable, and I get loads of compliments on them. I am a pretty solid EU39 across the board for most shoe brands. Two of the three pairs of Flabelus flats that I purchased fit perfectly at size 39. However, I had to size up to a EU40 in one pair. This isn't a big deal when I am in the store and can try on the shoes in person. However, the last two pairs that I purchased were bought online. One pair fit perfectly and I could barely get my feet into the other pair. I chose to return the shoe that was too small and exchange for the next size up. I feel this is a quality control issue as the shoes were exactly the same style, just two different colors. This is all good and well until I had to spend $17 to return the shoe that didn't fit and pay another $17 to receive the new pair. This is not the way Americans typically do business with returns, and it could prevent me from purchasing additional Flabelus flats in the future. I feel that exchanges should be free and I should be reimbursed for the exchange/shipping charges. I wish you continued success! Keep up the good work!

The shipping time was very good, and the package arrived in excellent condition. Initially, the footwear I received was not the correct one; I did not cancel the order and purchased a second pair. Unfortunately, the latter arrived without the shoe cover. Despite these inconveniences, I would like to highlight the fast shipping and good package handling

Su servicio al cliente te es lento aparte de que no te ayudan en nada, sus políticas están creadas para su país sin importarles que se han adentrado a otros mercados y se limitan a decir que solo aplica para España.
Creo podría ser que sus políticas fueran más específicas y confirmar para quienes aplican así el consumidor se ahorra un dolor de cabeza

Very slow delivery, over a month and no delivery. Tracking was showing delivery stuck in Spain but now the tracking has stopped working and no reply from Flabelus when emailed directly. The website seems like a UK site but delivery is from Spain and is slow or in our case non existent.

I love Flabelus shoes, the most elegant flats in the world. But delivery is very slow. About a month to the UK. Worth the wait, but surprisingly long. No idea why - both pairs have taken weeks to arrive.

Just bought my 4th pair of these amazing shoes and still am in awe everytime I get to open the wonderful box. It is really a treat for my feet to wear these pieces of art!

Shoes not arrived! My email to customer service still not received a reply. This is the 2nd time I’ve been asked to review the shoes which I have not got .

Ordered when the website told me that Christmas delivery was guaranteed. They arrived on the 2nd of Jan! Was told no discount or anything and the customer services team were so unhelpful.

I have bought at Flabelus 3 times.
Sandals size 42
Shoes size 42 I had to return, because they were extremely small
Shoes size 43 are perfect
I want to have flats with ribbons, but they are size 42 max. If you will make them in size 43, I will order

TERRIBLE RETURNS ORDER EXPERIENCE!!!! IT HAS TAKEN 2 MONTHS!!

Still not received the order I placed on 14th December with no sign of it arriving any time soon, despite receiving marketing emails saying to order by 16th December for delivery in time for Christmas…

Muy deficiente el descontrol que tienen. En una tienda te dicen una cosa, en la atención al cliente otra totalmente distinta. Por muy bonitas que sean, que lo son, si no tratan al cliente como merece (dejando de contestar a mails), no merecen más que una estrella.

I still haven’t received my order and have had a really difficult time trying to locate it or find a resolution.

Une expérience magasin affreuse!!!
Suite à une erreur de leur part, concernant les heures d'ouverture sur Google, alors que la vendeuse rentait dans son magasin à 10h45, elle m'a laissé attendre devant la porte déliberement pendant 15 minutes.
lorsque j'ai pu rentrer dans le magasin, elle ne m'a pas adressé la parole, ni même une excuse, et a préféré qu'une de ses collègue s'occupe de moi
Attitude infecte et vraiment pas professionnelle ,adieu la relation client
Jamais vu ça, travaillant moi même dans un magasin, je ne peux imaginer me comporter comme ça
On comprend mieux les achats internet , pas la peine de se déplacer en magasin pour vivre ça

I love these shoes! The exchange process is extremely expensive though. Make sure you know your size before buying, otherwise you’re paying $30 shipping to return and another $30 for the new ones.

Ordered a pair on the 12th December with 5-7 day delivery. It’s now Christmas Eve and the shoes are still at the first point of travel.
Customer service has been completely useless, response is slow and not factual information just a lot of ifs and buts. No offer of resolution and they pick and choose whether they are working on business days or calendar days to suit their needs. I can’t say anything for the quality of the shoes as they haven’t arrived. If I’m lucky and they ever turn up and I am at home I shall be refusing delivery as per their suggestion to avoid the returns process I will likely be required to pay for which I will dispute profusely should I need to.
I love the look of the shoes but I won’t be bothering to re order.
I’m not unreasonable and completely appreciate delays happen but the lack any kind of customer service or accountability is disgraceful.

Las zapatillas llegaron rotas por un lado, contacté con Flabelus y me pidieron fotos, las envié, y nunca más se supo, aquí están... espero que tras los mails de reclamación, alguien las venga a recoger y abonen el importe. Por favor, tened un buen servicio post-venta para que podamos seguir comprando con confianza.
