Love all the styles, colors and fabric choices! Very unique!

Placed an order on 24/11 during the sales and had selected next day delivery. To date, I have not received my parcel. The shipping gets delayed to the following day (this has happened daily since 25/11). Tried to contact the couriers as well as Flabelus but haven’t received any meaningful update. Each side blames the other.
The same as other reviewers mentioned - apology for the ‘frustration’ but never any solution.
When asked to cancel the order and start the refund process, they ignored me. It has been 8 days since I have heard anything back from Flabelus.
Due to the time scale, I have been able to cancel the payment with my bank so at least I have my money back.
Shame really, as I wanted to have the shoes for Christmas. Customer service and courier services need a lot of work. I think best bet is to go in store.

I received a damaged pair of shoes and contacted the support team, they helped right away. I got a new pair that meet my expectations and I love the shoes.

I purchased Flabelus slippers, and the soles started coming apart the very next day after receiving them. For the price, this is completely unacceptable.
In the meantime, I placed another order and tried to cancel it, but the process was impossible. The customer service is painfully slow to respond with no justification. On top of that, the prices are overinflated for the poor quality, and the return fees are just another burden. This brand has been a huge disappointment. I do not recommend buying from them... save your money and avoid the hassle!

On m’a offert une paire pour mon anniversaire, mais elle était trop petite. Je l’ai donc renvoyée pour demander la taille au-dessus. Selon Flabelus, une nouvelle paire m’aurait été expédiée… mais je ne l’ai jamais reçue.

J’ai alors demandé un remboursement et, depuis juillet, je n’ai toujours rien obtenu. Le service client ne répond pas ou passe complètement à côté de mes demandes.

Je déconseille vivement cette marque : nous avons perdu 180 € et personne ne nous apporte la moindre solution. Très déçue et visiblement vu les autres avis je ne suis pas la seule.

Retraso en el envío , falta de respuesta , devolvieron el paquete . Me lo volvieron a enviar y llegaron otras zapatillas diferentes, tuve que devolverlo y a la 3a fue bien . Un mes para recibir el paquete correcto y ni un descuento ni un detalle nada

Not happy with my last purchase experience. Shoes are still in Portugal as it took over 10 days to deliver to my hotel. Customer service can’t help 3 days prior to my departure day as package was w ctt. Paid $3.95 euro to deliver to my hotel and needs $32 euro to return it. I love these shoes but I have to wait til next visit to Portugal to get them from the hotel. Over $300 euro fee if I want hotel to mail it back to me. Frustrated with outcome.

I placed an order on the 11th of November and to date still haven’t received the shoes. Despite several attempts to track the order the reply is always the same apology for the delay and blaming the issue on customs. I have ordered from other European brands and received items within promised 5-10 working days. Please let this be a warning to potential UK customers. I anticipate the next excuse being Christmas orders and busy time of year. Do not expect to see your order or for anyone at Flabelus to make the effort to locate the order for you or make alternative arrangements (refund etc).

I bought my Flabelus a couple of months ago, and unfortunately they got damaged the first time I wore them. I received a new pair in exchange, shipped all the way from Spain. Thank you to the Flabelus Customer Service team for all your help! ☺️

Tuve un problema con el cosido de un zapato, que había comprado hacía tres meses, me mandaron otro sin devolver los defectuosos.Con un trato exquisito y rápida resolución.Encantada con la marca, tengo varios pares y seguiré utilizándolos siempre. Gracias

Shoes fitting is weird, too small (as other reviews here states). They know they have a problem and still make you pay for shipping and return costs in order to change the number. In total i’ve paid 10% of the shoes value only in shipping costs.
Finally when I got my right size I had an issue with the delivery, my package was completely ruined when I received it.
Every time I wrote an email, customer service takes at least a week to respond.
Made me send twice the picture of the package I received.
As a courtesy they’ve “authorized” free shipping for this return, was I supposed to pay shipping for the fourth time for damaged shoes?
So, one month after my order still no shoes and no money (actually 40 days have passed since my order but it took me some days to answer their last e-email, so to be fair I’m not counting those! )

Le scarpe sono bellissime e comodissime.
Ne ho acquistate tre paia e le ho super consigliate.
