I was not sure of two things when my mobile phone began to feel extra hot during daily use and require frequent charging.
1.What the trouble was.
2. Whether to trust to luck with my repairer of choice (Fixfactor).
I spoke with them and they seemed to know what they were talking about so I decided to go with them. I paid the agreed fee, did as instructed to prepare the phone, packed it securely and sent it off.
I received updates from the moment they received my phone and throughout their work and got it back, fixed and cool, within 10 days.

If you Google repairs for my specific phone and fix factor is the first site that comes up yet they can't fix a phone thats only been on the market for 4 months.

When I contacted Fixfactor about having a look at my phone, I got such clear and concise information. I sent my phone in by post and they received it the next day.
I had dropped my phone in water for a few seconds and had tried drying it in rice. My phone seemed fine until I tried charging it and it wouldn't charge. By the time I sent my mobile in, it had been 5 days since dropping it in the water. I bought Fixfactor's water damage service which they said would take between 2-5 working days. I received an email from them the day they got my phone stating that they were starting the repair process. Everything they said that they would do and would happen, worked just so. I received my phone back 3days later (in perfect working condition) after sending it in to be repaired.
I am so impressed with their professionalism, their honesty, their speed and their communication. Honestly, it was well worth the £49 on my new phone, which I have had for under 9 months.
I would HIGHLY recommend Fixfactor's service.

I was really pleased with the service..it was quick and really efficient.The only thing I was disappointed about was that the lens on my camera was broken and I would have preferred if they had contacted me to tell me the cost to replace this rather than sending it back the way it was.

Yesterday Adam from Fixfactor in Wimbledon replaced the charging port on my iPad Air. It wasn’t connecting to the cable properly. It’s difficult because the iPad is glued together and you have to prise it apart without breaking the screen. Many congratulations and thanks to Adam! An excellent job, well worth the price.
