I got a replacement band for Fitbit Inspire 3 and it made my watch feel brand new again. easy to install and very soft on the wrist. I use it every day and it still looks fresh and clean.

Material feels smooth and comfortable throughout the day. Delivery took about 13 days which was fine. Only thing I would say is the color was slightly different from the website photo but still looks good.

Bought a strap for Fitbit Sense 2 and it fits perfectly The material feels good and lightweight. Everything is great except the packaging could have been better.

Really decent stainless steel band for my Fitbit Luxe. Makes the watch look much more elegant and the clasp feels very secure Only small issue was one of the links needed slight adjusting but that was easy enough to sort out at home.

Fitbit Charge 5 strap feels very nice and smooth. It is easy to wear all day. only minor issue is it attracts a little dust.

My Fitbit Sense 2 strap was worn out so I tried this one. The new band feels strong and smooth. it fits well and does not irritate my skin even after long hours of wearing it

I replaced the original band on my Fitbit Inspire 3 with a leather one from FitStraps.it feels soft and genuine and looks much nicer than the standard silicone band. Packaging was simple but the product inside was worth the wait.

I bought a leather band for my Fitbit Versa. It made, my Watch look better.

Really happy with my Garmin Fenix band. Good Quality.

My old Garmin strap started cracking so I tried a replacement here. The new one fit perfectly,and changing it took only a few minutes.

The leather band looks great with work clothes. It felt a bit stiff at first But became more comfortable, after a few days.

The nylon band feels Soft during daily use. I just wish there were, a few more color choices.

I ordered two straps for a garmin watch on 13th Feb, got a confirmation email saying the straps would be delivered in 2 working days. I sent an email 22nd Mar looking for a delivery update. Got a reply 23rd Mar asking me to wait two more days and they offered a replacement or a refund if the staps didn't come. Received an email 27th Mar asking if the straps came. They hadn't arrived and I requested replacements. Sent them an email 14th Apr complaining about their customer service and looking for an update. I received no update. Sent an email today looking for a refund. I would steewell clear of this company

Red flags all over this website. I should have paid better attention.

Scam!
Paid £40 for what I thought was 2 genuine Fitbit straps but 2 arrived in packaging from China with the value of them on the packaging. Both said under 4 dollars. Says 14 day returns on the site but they don’t reply.
Avoid!!

I ordered a watch band from FitStraps and was extremely disappointed. The band they sent does not attach to the watch at all, and it’s way too big (xxx-large) even though I ordered the correct size. I tried to contact them, but now their website is down and they’re unreachable. I feel completely burned by this company. Save yourself the money and frustration — don’t waste your time or money with FitStraps.

Scam. Ordered, paid, never delivered. Simple as that.

Scam company, ordered 2 months ago, nothing arrived. Tracking number is either fake or doesn't work. The customer service link brings you to a 3rd party scam website that makes you put in your card details

This company is dreadful. Like others - how I wished I had read the other reviews first! Order came in a reasonable time. I bought it to solve a problem I had with my Fitbit not attaching securely to the strap. I very quickly realised that the strap was not the problem so wanted to return it. I did everything that the Returns policy asked for. Since then I have heard nothing. No replies to my emails and no money returned to my account. They should not be trading in this country as they do not operate in a lawful way.

Order hasn’t arrived. Have sent countless emails and had nothing back. Don’t waste your money. Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering!
