Terrible, avpid
The strap arrived quickly but it wa faulty. I emailed their help desk 3 times over the course of a week and got no response, I messaged them on Facebook, no response. I called them - call couldn't be connected.
So, im out of pocket and furious.
No customer service
Strap broke after a few weeks. Repeated attempts to contact customer service through the website and via email led nowhere.

Do not buy from this company, complete scammers,zero aftersales and cheap products not the ones you pay for and order.
Incorrect item and no refund

Not fit for purpose and no response from this terrible company
Several weeks ago I ordered and received a metal strap for my new Fitbit Charge 6. There were no instructions, diagrams or advice within the package and despite repeated efforts neither I nor my wife could manage to use the fastening device.
I contacted the company the same day by email, but never had a reply. I sent three more emails over the two week period, none of which were answered. (Their website says they will answer within 24 hours - that's a lie) The actual strap is not fit for purpose and I would recommend that would be customers look elsewhere.
Non-existent customer service, avoid at all costs
Non-existent customer service. Returned two straps unused in their original packaging (one was different to the photograph of what I had ordered). I have proof of posting and successful delivery to the company address on 11 May, but have so far failed to receive any response to 3 emails, messages on Facebook and Instagram and have not received a refund, or even acknowledgement of receipt of straps. Dreadful customer service and at this point, am out of pocket and totally ripped off. Avoid at all costs!!

Very dissatisfied, slow delivery taking over 2 weeks to arrive.
The products are market stall quality worth about £5 each. I paid £45 for a product described as ceramic but it’s cheap plastic. NOT AS DESCRIBED
There is no returns slip included with delivery and no returns information with my order or emails. I will not get my money back. Don’t make the same mistake as me.

Order accepted quickly, posted out quickly and received within 2 days of the the order. I have ordered from them before. Again good service. Can't fault them on the service or products

I ordered two same straps accidentally rather than two different ones but I emailed them in next minute that I have ordered two same straps accidentally if they can change it the one I wanted but in couple of hours they dispatched the items. But I emailed them again that what can be done to resolve this. On the website it’s written that they will reply back in 24 hours but now it’s been 5 days no reply. Very disappointed with customer service and support.
Non existent communication
Very poor communication have not responded to my emails regarding returning a metal strap that is too big. They are asking for a receipt as proof of purchase which never came with the order. This is the second time I have ordered from this company and the previous order was fine. Will definitely not be using them again.
Not what was stated.
The customer service is awful, they say they will reply within 24 hours they do not. I placed the order on the 24th February and did not arrive until the 5th March. My email to enquire to this was never answered. Please be aware that it stated the Luxe Red Strap was an original it is not!! Very disappointed and will not be purchasing from this Company again.
Zero stars: order never arrived
Zero stars to be honest. I ordered a fit strap a month ago and it still has not arrived. No help from emailing their customer service and they cannot even give an estimated time of arrival and zero communication from their side and I still have not received my product.
I didn't get a watch I got a strip of plastic cards instead
I've waited weeks for my fit strap. And it's finally arrived. But when I opened the package it contained a strip of plastic cards. The bag it came in says watch strap on it. Stay away from this company. Do not buy.
Update. I complained to Fitstraps UK about not receiving the watch strap and I got a prompt reply to say sorry they sent the wrong item. (???) And they will refund. Which they have done. Still only one star as it's been a really bad experience.
Poor product, worse customer service
Premium leather watchstrap split after approx 6 months wear. Sent the strap back to Fitstraps as per the instructions on their website. Despite their claim of answering all emails within 24 hours, and despite a number of follow up emails to them, I have yet to have any communication of any sort from them...no acknowledgement of my initial email, or follow up emails, or acceptance of the issue, or what they intend to do about it.
Simply could not recommend this company. The one star is for the strap - zero stars for customer service

Do not order from this Company. I ordered 2 fitbit straps on 30th December and have received nothing. My email asking if there is a problem has been unanswered.
No Strap after three weeks
It is now three weeks since ordering a Strap and two weeks since I last contacted them and was told there was a delay, no further update and no Strap. I have today asked to cancel and requested a refund. Not good customer service
Decent company and great customer service
I ordered a strap for my Fitbit but Fitstraps weren't able to confirm when the item would be delivered. I requested my order to be cancelled and they refunded me straight away. Even though I didn't get the product I wanted, the company were quick with communication and refunding me.

Great product (2 x Fitbit Charge 5 straps) and delivered very fast. This is my second order; the last strap I ordered was a long time ago and have worn every day so can vouch for their longevity. Overall very happy with my purchase.
Product Never Arrived, No Refund
I ordered a Fitbit strap back in March but it never arrived (it’s now November). I wrote to the customer support line numerous times to ask for either a refund or for them to send the product I ordered - no answer to any of my messages.
