Product Never Arrived, No Refund
I ordered a Fitbit strap back in March but it never arrived (it’s now November). I wrote to the customer support line numerous times to ask for either a refund or for them to send the product I ordered - no answer to any of my messages.
Don't bother!
Bought a Fitbit strap that was faulty, as others have mentioned, just doesn't fit as it should into the watch brackets. Emailed and was told a replacement would be sent, had to chase that, got a reply asking if I had received it (I hadn't) and have heard nothing since. I asked for a refund and even offered to send the faulty one back as it's no use to me, but have heard nothing. Wouldn't recommend. Wish I'd read reviews before buying!
Poor fit. Don't purchase
Purchased a strap for Garmin swim 2. It doesn't fit. Doesn't snap into position prior to inserting screws. Holes don't line up perfectly for screws. It looks good but of no use and a wasted order as not a perfect fit. Would not recommend.
Use another provider who will not steal your money
I ordered straps for Fitbit 6 but received Fitbit 5 and they were not the same colour as advertised on their website. I complained in writing 3 times now to ask for a return and refund but they have not responded at all. I've returned them at my own expense but still no response or refund. I'm contacting Consumer Trading Standards to ask for their support because I can see from other reviews that this company do not operate under any recognised U.K trading platform. Use another provider for your replacement straps because this company will steal your money, Fitstraps are dishonest fraudsters.
Incorrect item
Good day. Unfortunately they delivered incorrect wriststrap, not even to my watch. No reply from customer service.

I ordered one of their straps in May…
I ordered one of their straps in May 2025, and it was faulty. Despite many emails to them, I have never received a response to apologise, refund or even replace the item. I have received various email addresses from them I should respond to, only to find out that was the wrong one. They had the check to send an email today asking me to purchase more straps!! So I have sent another note to them this morning, fully expecting them to ignore it.
Terrible service and poor product
Terrible all round. I bought two straps including a more expensive “premium” leather one for my Fitbit Luxe and after about four months the leather strap broke. I sent Fitstraps an email about it asking what could be done and didn’t hear anything back. Total waste of money. Poor product quality and nonexistent customer service.
Order not received
Ordered two replacement straps in july of this year paid for and money out of bank and have still not received them now october. Countless emails unanswered using link on website messages on facebook have tried everything not a single reply or acknowledememt.
Teally dissapointed would not recommend at all steer clear I only gave it one star so i could leave a review otherwise it would have been no star !!
Ordered a strap - fraud
Ordered a strap and never received it. I contacted the listed support email but received no response. The business address provided on the website does not exist. After further checking the Wayback Archive, I found details linking the site and available on Companies House.

This appears to be a fraudulent store — I recommend reporting it to Shopify and the county court.
Avoid - Zero customer service
I ordered straps in June, and received the wrong colour. I emailed the company and returned the straps, asking for a replacement, and sent several follow-ups. No response, contrary to the promise to reply within 24 hours, and it's now October...
No telephone number, presumably because they have no customer service
Horrific experience
I ordered on 12 August and money was deducted from my account and have received nothing - have made several attempts to get in touch

Scam company. Good didn't arrive. Requests for refunds ignored. Do not use as they will steal your money.
Poor quality and no response
I bought a strap and within two months it had snapped.

DO NOT USE this company! They took my order, money and I have no goods. Like others, they are still sending me emails. They haven't replied to my emails asking for my money back. Complete scam.
Strap broke after 2 weeks
Strap broke after 2 weeks. . Contacted FitStraps twice, but no response.
Don't take the risk of using this outfit
FitstrapsUK have taken my money, not supplied the goods; not responded to emails, and not responded to a claim for repayment in the County Court. The County Court has now issued a judgment in my favour and has ordered FitstrapsUK to repay the cost of the goods plus the £35 court fee. Is it worth the hassle? - my guess is that FitstrapsUK rely on people giving up.
Do not order from this company
I placed an order on 15 July, my payment was taken, I received confirmation of the order. Two weeks later and still not received what I ordered. I sent an email asking them to investigate, despite the website stating emails will be replied to within 24 hours, I got no reply. I did a search on google maps for the company address, it doesn’t seem to exist. I’ll contact my bank to see if they can get my money back for me
AVOID - complete scam
Strap arrived was hard and cheap and nasty - looking nothing like original Fitbit straps. It broke after I’d used it twice. Contacted them to let them know numerous times but no reply at all. Advise if you paid by PayPal to try and get a refund that way. PayPal also has the email address of agartland at Hotmail.co.uk not that I have had any reply. AVOID.
No delivery and no response after a month
Woeful. Took money then did nothing but send me marketing emails! Ordered a Garmin watch strap. Received order confirmation email but no shipping confirmation. Chased merchant several times via email (their only listed contact option) but no response within a month (despite claiming 24 hour response time). However they did manage to send me tons of marketing emails that simply served to wind me up given their lack of response! Arranged chargeback via credit card company. Total waste of time/effort. Suggest you shop elsewhere.
