Terrible service and Customer experience.

Just called into their Skoda dealership in Swindon, to order a car on motability.

The previous female assistant was very helpful and a blessing to deal with.

This guy was just rude, condescending and demonstrated the most appalling customer experience I have ever dealt with. If this is how you treat motability customers, then shame on you.

If I decide to get a Skoda along with my friend, we won't now get them from Fish Brothers.

Well done you just lost 2 sales.

I bought a used car from Kia, Fish Brothers, Swindon, at the beginning of May, that came with free RAC cover for a year. One month after purchase I've still not received this RAC cover, despite multiple emails to the salesman, who keeps saying admin are dealing with it! It seems that once they've taken your money, they simply aren't interested in you anymore or honouring the original sales agreement. I definitely don't recommend using Fish Brothers.

First class service at Fish Brothers Renault.After having a really bad experience with Allen Ford in Swindon,I went to view a Renault Captur in Fish Brothers,from walking into the showroom and meeting with James who’s professional and friendly manner was a breath of fresh air .From test drive through to purchasing and collecting my car was outstanding.They also did my changeover to my personal number plates I hope to have many years of enjoyable driving thankyou

If there was a zero star option this would be my choice. This dealer did some work on my VW transporter and left me with a dangerous carbon dioxide poisoning issue in my air intake of the engine bay. Complained to the dealer principle Nick George the next day after collection as the service dept told me they couldn’t see the van for two weeks . Then had to cancel travel plans ( it was a camper ). Spoke to him and was reassured it would be treated as a priority. Chased him for day and got no response. Ended up paying another dealer to fix. Disappointed with the disgraceful service

Bought parts for my car on line and this company pulled out all the stops ! Communication from Rhidwaan was first class and kept in contact with me all the way through my experience. Would recommend this company.

Bought a new Renault 3 years ago from Fish Bros Swindon and told if i had it serviced with them i would get free breakdown cover with the RAC.
I had the third service in November and asked the person on the service desk if i was still covered by the RAC breakdown. The reply was YES your are .That was fine until today i needed help and the RAC had no knowledge of my car .I have been driving for 5 months with no cover.
I was told a lie by the service people , Don't trust anyone from Fish Bros , Get it in writing .

Purchased a new Qashqai all via telephone and email. The whole process was seamless with clear communication all the way through .Harry in particular guided us through the process with great professionalism. As an example we were in a local service station and the Business manager paid for our fuel unknown to us and therefore If you want first class customer service then we would fully recommend this garage. Keep up the great work !

Don’t take your gold there I was offered £2457 went elsewhere and got offered £3800- and £4000 which I accepted genuine excperience in Romford

Excellent customer service response to my email query. The new Toyota genuine rear light unit for my Verso was recommended and it was with me in a flash. The part was competitively priced and very well packaged. It is a no brainer, use genuine replacements rather than pre-owned.

Parts dept rudest person I have ever come across. I made an enquiry about a replacement headlight and was given a price. I emailed back and received nothing. Phoned to be told the person I was dealing with was on annual leave. I tried ringing today and spoke to someone who didn’t introduce himself. He said there person had only returned today to be fair. I joked I’m not fair. He then said he didn’t want to talk to me and put the phones down. Richard Fish will be getting a letter of complaint.

Popped into the KIA dealer and spoke to Dave in service with a problem with my Picanto, he was very helpful and seems to have a technical background.
I ordered a part from Sam and collected it the next day.

I needed a part for my Renault which when ordered from Euros was nothing like the existing part so had to try find a genuine part. I came across Fish Brothers when looking online (Renault Parts Direct) and having read some other reviews was sceptical but they had what I needed. I emailed before placing the order to confirm the part was in stock and how quickly it would be delivered. They responded almost straight away confirming item in stock and 1 -2 days delivery so I placed the order online. Within half an hour I had a notification from DPD they had received my order details and the item was delivered the next day. The price was very competitive and service was excellent.

Since they opened the 'multi brand service centre' customer service has gone through the floor. The staff keep leaving and you end up in a holding pattern of processes until the next person leaves. Called up to be told that I may just have to wait indefinitely as the issue has been ongoing for some time, despite having an email to arrange for it to be booked in & completed in November... Avoid all Fish Brothers branches like the plague, their service is non existent.

I bought a dash cam for my Toyota Yaris. I was disappointed that it didn't come with instructions for my car model (which has a fuse box inside the engine bay), despite me putting all the details of my car during the purchase. I then tried to contact them to return the item, and used their return form on their website. No answer. I tried calling. No answer. Left a voice mail and was not contacted back. I then emailed them asking at least for instructions for my car. No answer. The item I bought is in perfect condition, but it's sitting inside the box, because I didn't have a reply from their costumer service team.

Fish Brothers Dacia Swindon:
Probably the best customer service I have ever experienced. I travel more than an hour to get to them whenever I need anything done on my Dacia. The team was able to diagnose and fix an electrical issue within an hour that other garages were not able to fix over 2 years. And pushed me to fix other issues before my warranty expired, brilliant!

Terrible experience at Fish Bros with Anthony. Bought Lexus NX online. Incredibly inefficient buying process, repeated selling tactics for additional services despite declining them, refusal to provide proper documentation. Incorrect invoices that need adjusting, generally unwelcoming attitude. No explanation of the process, repeatedly asking for already provided information for registration details. No assurance of the state of the car, relying only on the brand reliability. Delivered not to our address but a number of streets away, driver insisted to be driven to a nearby station despite being told it was a 5 minute walk. No handover of the vehicle, still awaiting full documentation. Anthony also begged us to give Lexus a 9/10 review (no chance of that!) to avoid their business being investigated which is very clearly untrue. We will be escalating this further. They are very fortunate that the car has a good enough track record and the price is okay.

The Fish Bros VW service department in Swindon is an absolute shambles. We purchased a new van and new campervan from Fish Bros sales and whenever we have had a service/recall work/warranty work we have taken them to their service department. But every time there is no care at all, they don't give you any idea of how long things will take, they have missed things off the recalls and off the services, they never let you know what has been carried out. It wasn't apparent at first but has been highlighted since visiting another VW registered garage who have flagged a number of issues with work carried out by Fish Bros Swindon. As an example, we dropped our campervan off on Wednesday (a 38 mile round trip) for them to put right a recall issue that they had bodged, and no other VW garage will now touch! Only to find on picking it up today (another 38 mile round trip) that they have carried out the exact same bodge job that they did before. What an absolute waste of my time and money and my co-driver's time and money.

They charged me £671.24 just to replace a water pump in my Renault Kangoo van.
